Idea for a Q&A Session

Kellyb has come up with an idea to try and organise a "Q&A" session:

Note the admin message at the bottom of the first post in bold, about "admin note: This is the "real" Dr. Aquino and he is our invited guest and is graciously giving his time to our community, respect and politeness are mandatory. " etc.
