Also, what he wants mostly looks bad, so if you're foolish enough to work for Trump, you're pretty much screwed whatever you do. If you don't do what he wants, you'll be fired. If you do what he wants, sooner or later (probably sooner), what you do will make him look bad, and you'll be fired anyway. It explains the ridiculous turnover rate in his administration.
