Democrats, OPEN THE SCHOOLS ( SAFELY), NOW! When schools are closed, let the money follow the child (FAMILY). Why should schools be paid when they are closed? They shouldn’t!

Obama is lucky he ran against @MittRomney, a man with very little talent or political skill, as opposed to someone who knows how to fight and win!

Sending out 80 MILLION BALLOTS to people who aren’t even asking for a Ballot is unfair and a total fraud in the making. Look at what’s going on right now!

“Comey is a disgraced lier & leaker. Two years wasted on the Russia Witch Hunt was in large part because of his failings as Director of the FBI. They refused to support the results of the 2016 Election. Part of the biggest political scandal we have ever seen.”

Trump was more concerned about not creating a panic because he didn't want the stock market to be affected. It's all about the money for him.

Trump Nobel nomination is a forgery! Police investigating.

Quote:

Moreover, the forgery appears to have occurred twice: Olav Njolstad, the secretary of the five-member committee, said it appeared that a forged nomination of Mr. Trump for the prize was also submitted last year — and was also referred to the police. (The earlier forgery was not disclosed to the public at the time.)
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/02/28/w...omination.html

"Inspector Rune Skjold...said that investigators had been in touch with the F.B.I. ...which suggests that the forged nominations originated in the United States. He said the police believed that the same perpetrator was behind both forgeries.”

Look no further than the Oval Office

The Democrats never even mentioned the words LAW & ORDER at their National Convention. That’s where they are coming from. If I don’t win, America’s Suburbs will be OVERRUN with Low Income Projects, Anarchists, Agitators, Looters and, of course, “Friendly Protesters”.

When I was reading the tweets that came before this one, all I could think was “that right there is some fierce chucking.”

This one is flailing and floundering.

It pains me to admit this, but I think the Woodward tapes give the lie to the notion that Trump is suffering from dementia. His responses to Woodward's questions are quick, direct and cogent, even when they reveal him to be an ignorant snake. I hope Woodward releases everything. Apparently there are almost 10 hours of tapes.

"Didn't want to create a panic," that's a good one.

This is the guy who warned about a caravan moving across Mexico making it's way to the US.

And how the black mobs are going to destroy the suburbs.

But no, be sure to alarm anyone or create a panic.

That whole defense of Trump (not yours, but those who are doing it) is such complete nonsense.

Psssst, Bob001, we're only saying that Trump has dementia to troll the Cons. It's kinda like the Biden thing only backward in reverse.

Yes, that's interesting. Really interesting.

It does increase the chances that Trump will be punished if/when he loses the election, though, doesn't it. I mean, he wouldn't have to worry that his dementia would be too far advanced by then.

Someone also asked Barr a question like that. His reply was... telling.

Quote:

“Everything is gauged by politics,” he continued. “And, as I said, that’s antithetical to how the department runs, and any attorney general in this period is going to end up losing a lot of political capital, and I realize that and that’s one of the reasons that I was ultimately persuaded, that maybe I should take it on because I think that [at] my stage in life it really doesn’t make any difference.”

"I am at the end of my career," Barr, 69, said.

"Everyone dies, and I am not, you know, I don't believe in the Homeric idea that, you know, immortality comes by, you know, having odes sung about you over the centuries, you know?" he added.

I, for one, have not been pushing the dementia claim. That Trump has declined seems to be pretty obvious, but I haven't thought that dementia is at all clearly indicated. Malignant narcissism, on the other hand, does seem to be pretty clearly indicated. Malignant narcissism is also not a legal defense, though.

Couple pokes.

Just after Trump said he’d nominate him to Supreme Court, Tom Cotton states he’d kill Roe v. Wade

There's his pitch for the position.

The concept of regret might be as foreign to him as owning up to the idea that he lives in a make-believe world that makes up as he goes along.

Well, if he ever needs to raise money for a criminal defense, I’d be willing to pay $25 to watch a team of psychiatrists try to explain regret to him.

The weird thing about Barr is that he did seem to care about remaining a lawyer in good-ish standing. And now he no longer does. Barr does believe he's immortal, so he must be convinced God wants him to defend Trump against all accusers.

Just watched Trump's presser. It gets pretty interesting around the 57 min mark with the first question.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1NZJoAijZs

Basically, Woodward should have tattled on Trump earlier if it was such a big deal. Plus, Americans should be thanking Trump for lying to them.

"I watched Liz McDonald. She's fantastic. I watched Fox Business. I watched Lou Dobbs last night, Sean Hannity last night, Tucker last night, Laura. I watched Fox & Friends in the morning."

When does he do any Presidenting?

That was one of the most pathetic excuses for an excuse I've ever seen. Trump has never learned that sometimes it's just better to not say anything at all. I've never seen anyone try so hard to prove what an idiot he is.

This is Donald "Stares Directly At The Eclipsing Sun" Trump.

Stacyhs 10th September 2020 02:11 PM

During the presser two other things that Trump lied about:

He said that Woodward said that "he didn't think that it was bad". Woodward confirmed that he never said that.

Trump claimed that these were very short phone calls. The list of the 19 calls show that there were almost 10 hours of phone calls. Many of them were unscheduled calls from Trump to Woodward.

The WH also claimed that Trump gave Woodward his cell phone. Woodward confirmed that is also not true.

Do we know how many people who go to Trump rallies are repeat offenders? That is, what percentage is "following the tour," vs. the percentage that goes just because Trump is showing up in their town?

Honestly, when you put it that way, it seems reasonable.

Trump doesn't really do moderation or nuance. He can either say there is no threat or it's deadly as sin. (Of course, choosing between those two options was based on political benefit, just as he has chosen to scream "Death!!" in other cases just for his own benefit.)

No, but there are a lot of repeat offenders. This guy at the Michigan rally is one. He's from San Diego:
