Although I think it's a bit weird to think out of everything he's said about the matter that Giuliani would be lying about that, but he has described him as having numerous sexually inappropriate pictures of underage girls.

There's a lot which is inappropriate but not actually pornographic. For example, I would describe a 50 year old man french kissing a 14 year old girl as sexually inappropriate, but not pornographic. I don't really want to know the details of these photos, but which side of the line they fall on depends on those details.

I remember years ago several newspapers and magazines were throwing a fit because major bookstores like Barnes & Noble were stocking books in their Art & Photography section by some photographer who photographed naturist families, including their children. That was ruled to not be pornography.
