ETA: The trick is, never give information if you can avoid it. Always try to counter a factual question with some kind of attack. I don't think you can infer the truth from anything she says.

She doesn't want her followers to know she got vaccinated.

She didn't have a pat answer, lying about her vaccine status.

Caught off-guard her knee-jerk reaction was to go with, I don't have to answer.

She might have just lied had she planned an answer.

Now let's look at an alternate POV.

She's not vaccinated.

Why not just say so?

She might not be vaccinated, but is simply unable to utter any statement that’s even partially true.

I think she's vaccinated. Saying she isn't and then it coming out that she did get vaccinated is a lie she can't afford to get caught telling.
