I wonder if Ted Cruz honestly believes that the story in the New York Post is credible or whether, as usual, he is just pushing the party line.

If he receives a subpoena, Jack Dorsey should follow President Trump's lead and tell him to stuff it. If they continue to come after him, he should ban the President from Twitter. ;)

You see that's why most Dictator wannabes start their own propaganda network instead of just assuming a social media network is going to be okay with doing it.

Wouldn't it be more effective to subpoena the scum making the claims? Get that totally real evidence against the Bidens into the congressional record!

The Trumpstilkins need to amplify the NYP story when Twitter won't let them.

And Cruz is one of those people who has to suffer. There's no way he's stupid enough to actually believe any of this nonsense, and so, he's one of the people complicit in allowing criminality to flourish in his party. Fix your own ****, Teddy, before thinking you can fix the whole country.

Giuliani is now changing the Hunter Biden laptop story.
The shop owner told the NY Post he couldn't identify who dropped off the laptop.
Giuliani, who wasn't there, said on Sirius XM today "was left by Hunter Biden, in an inebriated, heavily inebriated state with the merchant."

Post story said the owner was able to identify the ownership b/c "the laptop bore a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation."
Giuliani says now he has a document "signed by Hunter Biden says that after 90 days the hard drive is abandoned & it becomes the property of the merchant"

also from the SiriusXM interview:
"I've rarely seen one as bad as this, and I used to be head of narcotics prosecutions. I have so many photographs of him stoned or whatever you call the right term for being on crack, that I wonder if he ever had a chance to work"

How does he get away with lying so blatantly ?

Why isn't he called out on these lies ?

Why isn't he asked to provide any kind of evidence ?

The Great Zaganza 15th October 2020 10:27 AM

Hunter Biden should have a really easy libel lawsuit case here.

Against Guiliani, Bannon, the NYP, Fox, OANN and the shop owner.

We know the Russians want Trump re-elected. We know they're interfering again. This would not surprise me one bit:
Quote:

Source says the Hunter Biden laptop controversy hints at a Russian disinformation operation.

An Estonian intelligence official with extensive knowledge of Russian disinformation techniques says that the Hunter Biden computer email scandal has hints of a Russian disinformation operation.

In a typical Russian disinformation operation, the official, who cannot be named for security reasons, said real documents are salted with forged or manipulated information and then presented in a way that news media — and social media — cannot resist.

Laundering Russian Disinformation requires someone willing to launder it - like Republicans and their propaganda channels.
Just like Russians required Trump to launder their money.

Trump is speechifying again praising extra-judicial killings to cheers.

"We sent in the US Marshals, they knew who he was, they didn’t want to arrest him and 15 minutes that ended."

"She's toying with those Democrat, evil people. They're evil" -on Amy Coney Barrett

Trump points at the journalists and says "Look how innocent they look, and they're not innocent. They're not innocent. The enemy of the people. I call them the enemy of the people. But anyway. So, the suburban women should love Trump."

If Big Tech persists, in coordination with the mainstream media, we must immediately strip them of their Section 230 protections. When government granted these protections, they created a monster!

"they didn't want to arrest him"

Will the US Marshals disavow the President's description of their conduct as an extrajudicial killing?

Trump either confessed to ordering an assassination, or accused the US Marshals of murder. Which is it?

They should have quit en masse instead of covering for Trump.
Unlawful or immoral orders shouldn't be followed.
The CDC brought this on itself for putting the Executive above the Science.

At any moment, the gun lovers and militia types will rise up against Trump because of his support of federal agents committing murder against suspects.

I'll wait...

Over in the fascism thread, it was shown that this quote was taken out of context. "They" refers to the state police, not the Marshals.

"And the man that shot another innocent man, this was an innocent man shot, killed, instantly killed. I said, "what happened?" "Well we haven't arrested him". Two days, three days went by. We sent in the US Marshalls. Took 15 minutes, it was over. 15 minutes it was over, we got him. They knew who he was, they didn't want to arrest him. 15 minutes that ended."

Yea because it is unthinkable that a man who liked the chinese response to protests in Tianamen square could possibly endorse extra judicial killings.

https://www.businessinsider.com/trum...trength-2019-6

Clearly the marshals needed more tanks to get it right.

Yes, it's believable, but he already says enough stupid stuff that people don't need to hurt their case by distorting things he said.

And no it is my turn to accuse you of being too generous.
If they spend 10 years in the wilderness with no one pandering to them, then they are not going to say, “we ***** up when we threw away our moral compass and trampled on the rights of people in our unslakeable thirst for power. What we did was wrong and we should work hard to ensure that neither our party nor any other party walks down that path. We must work to ensure checks and balances as well as the rule of law remain the cornerstone of our country.”

At best. . at best....they will say, “We ******* up. We ***** up when we got caught. We must take steps so that we will never be caught again.”

Oh, and that 10 years out of power will simply be a decade of them accusing the Democrats of everything that the Republicans have ever done. And they will succeed in that for one reason: Americans are pig ignorant. I’m betting that if the Republicans really wanted to, they could convince 15-20% of US adults to believe that Nixon was a Democratic President.”

Really short version? The California GOP is putting up a bunch of very insecure boxes claiming to be ballot boxes managed by unidentified GOP members.

Also of particular note -

This is not what's happening, it's what the news media is making headlines out of.

They are collecting GOP ballots in GOP locations: inside campaign headquarters, inside churches and inside gun stores.

Due Process is not something he cares about.
