Back to MTG, she held a press conference this afternoon to attack "the Communist style Twitter ban" she recieved after 'tweeting' that COVID-19 is not dangerous for people unless they’re obese or over age 65 and vaccines shouldn’t be required. At her press conference, the Washington correspondent for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Tia Mitchell, asked Greene, "Do you feel any responsibility for keeping people in Georgia safe? There are children, skinny people, who have died of the coronavirus. Do you feel any responsibility?” Greene answered:
Mitchell then asked if Greene believed in science. Greene answered:
Some of the pundits are thinking maybe Marj is starting to get in over her head now. A Georgia reporter asking her does she feel responsibility for Georgian's health and safety and Marj treats it like a joke? That might not play too well even with the folks back home.

At yesterday's press conference -- which Greene held in her Congressional office -- MTG refused to answer CBS News correspondent Aaron Navarro's question had she "been vaccinated."

It's been noted, simply asking someone if they had been vaccinated doesn't violate their HIPAA rights. Second, Greene seemed prepared to answer the question, as though she was aware someone might ask and she had to have an answer ready. People wonder, why couldn't she have just said 'no?' Is it because she HAS been vaccinated and does not want to go on record saying she hasn't been for fear her information might get leaked to the media?

Which is to say, she has.

I hope the spotlight remains on MTG, because America needs to see how vacuous and deceitful the GOP has become.
