Even if this mythical laptop was for some inexplicable reason left at some five-and-dime repair center a zillion miles from where it would be expected to be left, and somehow or other the owner left their private stash of drug-fueled home-movies on it easily accessible, this reeks of a kompromat set-up.

Things I've gathered up here:

1) Working for a company is bad. Even if HB did some work for CEFC it is absolutely a no issue. CEFC had tons of employees and no ones calling them out - not working would probably mean labeling HB as a deadbeat bum, but hey.

2)If a company employing you ends up doing something fishy later on, it's an obvious mark that everyone doing business with the said company is part of the fishy business - sorry all former CEFC employees.

3)Pictures that have someone that looks a bit like HB doing drugs are always real. I really can't say if some of the crack fotoes are of HB or someone else.

Why would a wealthy guy fly across the country to drop of a laptop at an unauthorized five and dime shop run by a self admitted blind guy? If it's an important repair, you get it done where you live and can easily pop in to pick up the finished product. You also go to a competent authorized repair shop. The zillion miles is valid because you don't fly across the country to drop it off close to your dad's house.

In January 2015, the Central Criminal Court in London released the $23 million that were blocked on accounts of Zlochevsky due to inadequate evidence. Shokin was appointed the next month. And within a month of NABU handing the investigation back to him in January 2016, Shokin seized Zlochevsky's assets in Ukraine.
