You aren't exploring anything "scientifically" or otherwise. Your simple desire to try to preclude expanding space by asserting "Space IS nothing at all" also precludes the physically existent space you want your moving or expanding whatever to physically move or expand into. Again you are hoist by your own petard. It is such evidence that demonstrates you either don't know, don't understand or don't care about the implications of your own assertions just on your own assertions. Classically light can not scatter light but in QM there can be scattering measurable in extremes cases

The Great Red Spot is a weather feature like the seasonal cyclones that we have on Earth. The differences are that the "season" is enormously longer on Jupiter, the red spot is enormously bigger, there are complications from the very different atmospheres. The insanity is thinking that very short term sunspots on a giant ball of vey hot gas that look nothing like the red spot (not red :eek:!) and do not spin like cyclones have the same cause.

Refraction is the bending of light when it goes from one medium to another, e.g. from air into water. Refraction needs an sudden change in density. There is no sudden change in density of anything in space to cause refraction.

In the daytime, the pushing force from the Sun meets the pushing force from the Earth's center to counterbalance, and the pushing force from the Sun and the Earth's center of the night moves in the same direction when there are no collisions.
So, is it that the cells that repair the wound are not pushed so strongly out of the middle of the night, and so the wound gets slower?
