You do know people have tried court action in this case but had it automatically dismissed on National security grounds? There have been whistleblowers too, they got gagged or lost their jobs.
You're quite correct Rev he is not. This is what REAL prosecutors do.

A Spanish judge indicted eight people on terrorism charges Monday, saying they provided logistical help and false documents for suspects in the Sept. 11 attacks.

The indictment was released by Spain's leading terror investigator, Judge Baltasar Garzon.
Europe's largest trial of suspected al-Qaeda members has concluded in Madrid after 10 weeks of evidence.

A three-judge panel will now consider the case against 24 Muslim men, three of whom are accused of helping plan the 11 September 2001 attacks in the US.
Prosecutors want the three to receive more than 74,000 years in jail - or 25 for each of the more than 2,000 people killed on 11 September 2001
A Spanish court has sentenced Syrian-born Imad Yarkas to 27 years for conspiracy to commit murder in connection with the 11 September attacks in the US.
A Moroccan man convicted in Germany as an accessory to the attacks on the United States in September 2001 has been sentenced to 15 years in jail.
The court in Hamburg handed the maximum sentence against Mounir al-Motassadek.

This is what real prosecutors do Rev, in the real world, you know the one don't you? The one where evidence is gathered presented and the bad guys go to jail.

Please carry on, I am fascinated by the direct action you guys are taking.
