Proving or disproving most "conspiracies" is like proving/disproving God. You can't really do either in most cases unless the conspirators are caught or until they finally unseal all the relevant documents in 2038 when everyone that could be jailed is dead and no one alive give's a rat's behind about it. So you are correct that many conspiracy theories are pure dogma with no support, others are disinformation put there for some unclear purpose and probably what we know nothing about is where the true conspiracies await.
