According to CNN just now, CA has been delivered 8,500 doses. And WV, with approx 1/25th population, has been delivered 11,000 doses. These are doses received by the state, not doses administered.
(It was reported incidentally. They were showing that WV has injected a higher percentage than CA.)
How can this be?
