Never a dull moment indeed. My opinion is that Israelís biggest problem is the silly electoral system where citizens can only vote for parties and parties provide a list of who gets in. Theoretically a strong party could get a chimpanzee in. We have the same system in our upper house (senate) and it leads to some real clowns getting elected.

The biggest plus is the Israeli Judiciary which I have always thought is independent competent and moral.
