Because I have too much time on my hands, here's the list of Trump's evangelical advisors, with links to their RightWingWatch pages where I was able to find them. RWW's "People" page is a mess, BTW. It's alphabetized by first name, including half a dozen whose first name is apparently "Rep.".

· Michele Bachmann - Former Congresswoman

· A.R. Bernard - Senior Pastor and CEO, Christian Cultural Center

No RWW entry, I believe he actually quit the group.
· Mark Burns - Pastor, Harvest Praise and Worship Center

· Tim Clinton - President, American Association of Christian Counselors

· Kenneth and Gloria Copeland - Founders, Kenneth Copeland Ministries

· James Dobson - Author, Psychologist and Host, My Family Talk

· Jerry Falwell, Jr. - President, Liberty University

· Ronnie Floyd - Senior Pastor, Cross Church

· Jentezen Franklin - Senior Pastor, Free Chapel

· Jack Graham - Senior Pastor, Prestonwood Baptist Church

· Harry Jackson - Senior Pastor, Hope Christian Church

· Robert Jeffress - Senior Pastor, First Baptist Church of Dallas

· David Jeremiah - Senior Pastor, Shadow Mountain Community Church

· Richard Land – President, Southern Evangelical Seminary

· James MacDonald – Founder and Senior Pastor, Harvest Bible Chapel

· Johnnie Moore - Author, President of The KAIROS Company

· Robert Morris - Senior Pastor, Gateway Church

· Tom Mullins – Senior Pastor, Christ Fellowship*

· Ralph Reed - Founder, Faith and Freedom Coalition

· James Robison - Founder, Life OUTREACH International

· Tony Suarez - Executive Vice President, National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference

· Jay Strack - President, Student Leadership University

· Paula White - Senior Pastor, New Destiny Christian Center

· Tom Winters - Attorney, Winters and King, Inc.

· Sealy Yates – Attorney, Yates and Yates
This is the list of people you bring together to make The Handmaid's Tale a reality.

Muslims condemed the Boston Marathon bombing. Muslims condemned the Charlie Hebdo attack. Muslims condemned the Bataclan attack.

Muslims have condemned pretty much every attack, including 9/11. And yet, with every attack some people are saying "why don't Muslims condemn these attacks?" We see what we want to see.

Yes, and Trump condemned the perpetrators of Charlottesville in a similar manner. Yet, we still agree his 'condemnation' was a disgrace to the office and to the nation.

Why can't we hold others to the same standard is beyond me. If you listen to the Charlottesville protests, this was why they protested, they see themselves as victims of criticism, whereas Muslims are given a free pass over much worse. I find this complaint factual. You're the evidence.

No, he didn't. It took him two days to do that, and then he took it back the day after.

Nope. You are equating the duty of the President of the US to unite the country and say what needs to be said, with some perceived duty that you believe every Muslim has to condemn every attack by an islamist to your satisfaction. That is, to put it mildly, unreasonable.

I think that you are being unfair. Should Shia Muslims have to condemn ISIS attacks, given that they're some of the main targets?

Prominent Muslims do condemn Islamicist terror and just as there are Christians who believe in separation of Church and State, there are Muslims who do too. You might argue that this isn't compatible with the Koran, but then many Christians or Jews manage to reconcile similar discrepancies with their own religions.

It's not to my satisfaction. It's to the satisfaction of those who rallied at Charlottesville.

Had they acted early and strong it would never come to that.

Trump's claims went far beyond such isolated cases.

Yes, I'm British, so like to use sarcasm

It also was voter fraud in favour of Trump because the idiot believed Trump's lies about voter fraud.

From the article;

In a sentencing order posted on Tuesday, district court Judge Robert Hanson said the felony election misconduct conviction will be erased from Ms Rote's record once she finishes probation and coughs up the fine.

Nice for her.

I wonder how many people get their felony convictions for small quantities of recreational drugs expunged after they serve their sentences and pay their fines.

And how many of those are not white.

There is a part of me who wants Trump right where he is. Fighting everything and everyone and totally ineffective and seeing him do major damage to the Republican brand. But the man is insane and I am more afraid of the damage he could do the nation. He's setting us back 50 years in race relations as it is.

I don't think he is really, he is just making the issues that many white people thought they could safely ignore front and center.

He could well be advancing race relations.

I've thought that too.

Trump is such a buffoon and his attitude is such an anathema to what most people think it may be resulting in a backlash. It's like Obama's election was a a giant leap forward, but I also think it caused a backlash also which resulted in Trump’s election.

I think Trump in a lot of ways is the backlash against Obama. Though it does show exactly how much more qualified a black man needs to be to get the same job as a white man.

Remember all the complaints about the costs of Obama's vacations? Trump has blown that out of the water without so much as a whimper from the same crowd.

The Secret Service has already exhausted it's budget for the year.

It's pretty cool how derails can return from the dead in this thread, especially in an effort to school me, as if my point was very general as opposed to very specific. Yes, the Bible is *********** horrible. Now, can this derail end for good this time?

Get the discussion back to Trump ASAP and knock off the comparative religion discussions.

Not once, but several times.

And the best part is, he had the glasses right in his tiny hand. He even used them - part of the time.

I looked at the sun a lot without glasses today. Then again, we had a lot of cloud cover, so I was usually looking at the sun behind the clouds or at least significantly covered. If it was bright, I went with the glasses

Curious as to what Trump does about the Second fatal collision involving a US Navy Ship in less the two months This morning.....I am fully exepcting Trumpy to make a fuss about the name of the ship......USS John McCaine .

Look, is it just me who's noticed that "Alnic MC" anagrams to "McCain LC (Loser Cuck)"?

Something fishy here, that's all I'm saying.
