Question on the US being a parliament

Saw this on Quora and would be interested in the view of such a break down here:

SDP seems too big, and CC too small.

I can't find the source, but this version says they just polled with these five candidates.

To nitpick, whether it is a parliament or not isn't really the question being asked here. Or even whether the election was first past the post or proportional. Just if we had these 5 candidates/parties.
