Ok, so it's the work "career" that's giving you issues, then.
You're still stuck on that. Why?

Another word for "peculiar".Thank you. The word I was looking for was idiosyncratic.
Whistle blowers are traitors.
Care to expand on this a bit?Whistle blowers are traitors. Shame.

[aside]You know, whenever I see the thread title, I always think that "Whistleblower Brewing" sounds like a brewpub in Santa Monica. Maybe a few blocks in from the beach and a block away from the 3rd Street Promenade. [/aside]
given that Democrats are not in power, your argument ins't substantiated.
https://www.nationalreview.com/news...whistleblower-after-intel-aide-did-just-that/House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff said last month that his team had not spoken to the whistleblower who raised concerns about President Trump’s communications with Ukraine, even though the anonymous member of the intelligence community reportedly gave Schiff’s committee early information about the accusations.
“We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower,” the California Democrat responded. “We would like to, but I’m sure the whistleblower has concerns that he has not been advised as the law requires by the inspector general or the director of national intelligence just as to how he is to communicate with Congress.”
But on Wednesday, the New York Times and other outlets reported that, before filing the complaint, the whistleblower had told an Intelligence Committee aide in vague terms of his concerns about the president’s conduct and his intent to make those concerns public, and the aide had passed that information to Schiff without revealing the whistleblower’s identity.
Schumer gets second hand info and is charged with lying

It is clear Schumer never spoke to the whistleblower
??
You are not keeping up with Trump? Schumer is Trump enemy #1.

It is now an internet fact. Schiff lied.
The excuses (conspiracy theories) from the right are getting hard to keep track of. We're averaging about one a day. The desperation is getting rather pathetic.

For convenience (and better filmability) they should stick to one single umbrella conspiracy theory, and set all others within it. I suggest: the Deep State is aliens. Roll everything else into that one.
Does anyone here think Schiff did anything for which he can be sued?
No?
Yes. I do think that.
Well, Trump just added to China to the mix during this mornings Chopper Talk.
He told reporters that he would like Ukraine and China to investigate the Bidens.
He just really doesn't get it.
Then you are wrong.
Schiff can say what he wants whilst in the House - it's the right of a Representative.

I wonder if you would have voiced the same opinion if we were having this conversation 5 years ago and Obama were being whistleblown.
To forestall the next three pages of bobbing: yes but he can still be sued over it.
The dumb thing is, the nyt article makes it clear what happened. The whistleblower goes to Schiff's aide, concerned that the report will be ignored. Schiff's aide tells them to make sure it gets submitted through the proper channels through the IG.
Damn them and their coordination!

I don't know if you're asking seriously or not. Technically you can sue anyone for any reason. Doesn't mean you'll win, but you can try. And "technically" is Bobs favorite omission.
