I don’t even have to because they’re the majority in the IT industry in North America. Their divorce rate and also almost null because they got better values than our “modern culture”.

Since you deny the existence of relativistic effects, if they start immobile relative to each other, the answer to your question is 'neither', as the planet will just fall into the star.

The problem is Einstein and cie made General Relativity so complex and he normalized imaginary ideas from being scientific.

Now we’re stuck with other strange ideas like the 11 dimensional String Theory, wormholes and parallel universes...!

General Relativity works well at the scale of the solar system but at greater scales it fails so we patched the theory with dark matter and dark energy.

None of which have anything to do with GR. String theory is, in fact, an attempt to solve issues with relativity and QM.

It seems you take issue with how science works at its core. We observed a LOT of extra mass to galaxies that didn't fit with the theory as it was understood. So either some other form of matter is out there, or the theory needs tweaking, or a new theory altogether is needed.

Obviously scientists are looking into all three, but the most simple solution is the first one.

No, that is not what I said. You didn't read what I wrote.

I said that the planet would fall into the star. I said nothing about rotations or orbits, and you did not stipulate any momentum to those two objects in your question.

Can we please learn the difference between rotate and revolve? And use them correctly?

Both planet and star may rotate. The question that was attempted to be asked was whether one would revolve around the other.

Truth. But the question also fails to provide starting momentum and other information. If we are asked to determine a planet would orbit a star, we need significant starting assumptions to answer. The question is so oversimplified as to be meaningless.
