He should be investigated too. I'm sure the House Intelligence Committee will get right on it.

Obama was known as being aloof and disconnected, so probably not. Just everyone around him had to know. You have been reading the rumors that this information has been "widely disseminated"?

Oh my my. CNN has summarized the Nunes affair to date and it's beyond bizarre, and certainly has multiple credibility issues.

Briefly, he gets a phone message, gets out of his car and into an Uber. Reappears the next day with the news story the POTUS and/or campaign staff were picked up incidentally in surveillance, not related to Russia.

As the days unfold Nunes' story changes several times until today when he claims some story about going to the White House to a confidential screening room where he saw this mysterious information he refuses to discuss and refuses to say who let him into the WH and on and on.

What a bunch of malarky. Maybe Trump met with Nunes to conceive this whole story but it was so poorly planned out that Nunes has been caught in inexplicable detail after inexplicable detail.

In addition, Nunes took these actions in secret from his own committee, he went public with his summarization, but won't share the source data with his own committee. Beyond bizarre indeed.

Of course not, and Trump seems to be ignorant of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and the fact that Obama had no authority to order surveillance of Trump.

Apparently, I know much more about the FISA than Trump and he's the president!!

Not by people who know him, and he is still around.

How, were he aloof and disconnected, would he be able to schmooze the FBI into surveilling Trump for the sake of Hillary Clinton - whom you've described in the past as thoroughly hated by everyone who ever met her professionally? It beggars belief.
