Woman says Wohl paid her to accuse Dr. Fauci of sexual assault
https://www.salon.com/2020/05/07/wom...o-lie_partner/ This is no longer clumsy and cute. Wohl needs long prison term. |

"Let me tell you something, Diana," says Burkman on the nine-minute, 35-second call. "This guy shut the country down. He put 40 million people out of work. In a situation like that, you have to make up whatever you have to make up to stop that train and that's the way life works, OK? That's the way it goes." These guys are real scumbags. Lock them up and throw away the key |

Better be on state charges, not federal, so Trump can't pardon him. Not that Trump's "Justice" department would ever charge him anyhow.

This is similar to the Mueller slander. I'm curious, what would be the crime here? Clearly he's engaging in actionable defamation and it would be slam dunk civil case.
But what crime is this? the woman didn't file a criminal complaint. The conspiracy was an attempt to damage Fauci's reputation falsely, but is this a criminal issue? |

How about attempting to hire a person for the purpose of committing a crime - such as filing a false police report, a criminal offense. You could argue that this is no different legally from hiring a hitman to kill someone, and the hitman then decides not to go through with it, and instead, reports it to police. Yes, murder for hire is a far more serious crime, but when you boil it down, its just paying someone to commit a crime.
I think a really good prosecutor could make a case that Wohl and Burkman were suborning a criminal act, particularly as they have previous form. |

I don't see anywhere that their fake accuser filed any kind of police report. They didn't do that with the fake Mueller accuser either. As dumb as they are, it seems like they deliberately avoided that obviously criminal act in their conspiracies.
As far as I can tell, the goal was to make a public accusation, not to file a false police report. |

It seems lots of places have laws about interfering with government employees acting on their duties. Here's one example from New York: http://ypdcrime.com/penal.law/article195.htm#p195.05
Quote:
This seems broad enough to cover them. He admits that their intention is to stop Fauci from carrying out his duties as part of the government response to the pandemic. If there's a federal version of this, they could be charged anywhere. |

It depends. The one I linked to seems to be the broadest of what I found for state level laws. Other states include more narrow restrictions that means the law might not apply in this case. They could also make the argument that a state law doesn't protect federal level officials like Fauci. A Federal law, if it's broad enough to cover their actions, would undoubtedly apply. |

That link is worth seeing for the 2 photos included.
1 - Jacob wearing a Michael Douglas-in-Wall-Street look, complete with overly-pomade-laden slicked-back hair, and a French blue shirt with white collar but NO TIE? 2 - Jacob Wohl has an OnlyFans page, and lifts up his shirt to show abs with a gun in his jeans. Would be hot if he wasn't a complete douchebag. |

He might be trying to emulate his Führer. I'm 193% sure that if Trump had abs, he'd have taken a photo just like that. Maybe without the cap, though, but there'd probably be a half-eaten hamberder on the sink behind him.
Oh, and this is the best news I've heard in a long time . |

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if Whol was the Republican nominee for the 2036 presidential election.

It's only $45 to get him to record a video at Cameo. You guys want to crowd-fund one that addresses some popular ISF subject? Want to hear Jacob Wohl say "juice the piglet" or talk about how REO Speedwagon totally ripped off Elton John?
I'm watching the example videos and do not believe for a minute that even 6 people paid this schmo to record those. He's seeding the tip jar. |
