That does not answer my question:

Again, what does this strawmanning have to do with my question?

I read her testimony just now. She said no such thing. Would you like to provide it.

Not even Rudy claims they ever said more than "hi" or "bye" in passing

In a letter from prison that became part of the public record, Rudy described his encounters with Amanda Knox, beginning, he said, when he laid eyes on her at Le Chic pub. She was smiling. “I remember very well that she approached me with a smile stamped on her face,” he wrote during his first days in prison. “After that I ran into her many times, but it was always ‘Hi’ and ‘Bye,’ each going our own way. I didn’t strike up a relationship with her.”
I'll be waiting for that evidence that she conversed with Guede at Le Chic. And asking him what he wanted to drink does not count as conversing.

How about you answer that question first.... WHY did they switch off their mobile phones circa 8:45?

That's not the evidence, that's Harry pretending to know what he's talking about and doing a lousy job of it. The only relevant part of it is where he quotes Garofano's explanation for his conclusion, which goes as follows;

- Blood is the best source of DNA
- Amanda's DNA RFU values are equal to or greater than Meredith's, therefore it must also come from blood.

His logic has one major flaw. The sample was of diluted blood (actual dilution ratio is unknown) which means the RFU values would be significantly lower than if it was undiluted. Further, saliva is nearly as good a source of DNA as blood, and unlike Meredith's blood, Amanda's saliva wouldn't necessarily be diluted. So if Amanda's DNA was from her saliva and Meredith's DNA was from diluted blood, the expectation would be that Amanda's RFU values could actually be higher than Meredith's.

Oh, and BTW - Stefanoni, on cross-examination, clearly stated she could NOT identify the biological makeup of the mixed DNA samples. Harry decided to leave that part of her testimony off, which is typical.

.... but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, 13 years after the fact, an anonymous guilter-nutter named The Machine/Harry Rag says that "mixed blood" is a proven fact. He even presents his reasoning online.

What I do find interesting is how the myth of mixed blood made it as far as May 23rd 2009 when Stefanoni makes it clear she can't confirm any such thing. The subject is covered in Chris' blog where Prof. Dan Krane is quoted as saying "“Inferring tissue source from peak heights is just plain silly -- to the point of being absolutely outrageous."

http://viewfromwilmington.blogspot.c...mixed-dna.html

The case had been ongoing for 18 months, so how did the mixed blood factoid get that far, how did Garofano get it so wrong, and why were his conclusions originally apparently accepted by Stefanoni and others? I've not read Darkness Descending but I get the impression that the book, and Garofano's conclusions became weaponised and infiltrated the court proceedings by stealth. Garafano didn't testify in court so his conclusions could not be countered. Perhaps that's why the mixed blood myth took hold, but was Garofano really that stupid?

Garofano was simply wrong. He was drawing a conclusion based on a presumption he could not prove. Stefanoni, in her court testimony, made it very clear why mixed blood could not be proved. It's so simple, even a member of Mensa could understand it.

According to this
Quote:
Five µl of semen contains approximately the same amount of DNA as 50 µl of blood.
Oh, come on, TruthCalls. Why on earth would Amanda's saliva be in her own sink? Can you come up with one good explanation for that?

Remember that Stefanoni also said that a negative TMB test means that blood is not present. Stefanoni, like Guede, is apparently a credible source when supporting Vixen's claims and not credible when not supporting them. But then again, Vixen also thinks Kokomani, Quintavalle, and Curatolo were credible witnesses.

You are incredibly naive if you think it is difficult and would take a long time.
I should have put that when Guede had to go the bathroom he said he heard the doorbell, Meredith then let someone in. His Skype version (Nov 19, 2007 doesn't include Knox. She doesn't show until his March 26, 2008 deposition. So he claims to hear a scream so loud you could hear it on the street. He jumps off the toilet doesn't flush the toilet, barely pulls up his pants. He is out quickly into the apartment when he sees the back of a man in front of Meredith's door.

The scream could be when the man walks into Meredith room or pulls the knife. Since Meredith knows how to defend herself the attack ending with the wound to her throat would take awhile. So it would be likely if Guede story was true the attack would still be going on when Guede arrives where he could be a hero. Instead the guy is in the hallway seconds after the scream.

So that guy is imaginary someone Guede made up to blame the murder on. So there is no multiple killers just one. So the scream happens when Guede arrives at Meredith room surprising Meredith who didn't know he was there.

Since Meredith wouldn't have made a date with Guede or have let someone unexpected who rang the doorbell enter the apartment.

But that's not what happened to Meredith, is it? She didn't receive just a quick thrust to the neck. She had 7 knife wounds and many bruises which are evidence of a struggle. And she was arranged onto a pillow and sexually assaulted by Guede.

Guede's story doesn't make sense on so many levels. Starting with Knox having to ring the doorbell to get into her own apartment.
