I know that wherever the dumb **** holds his convention, there will be a spike here in the DC metro area afterwards. Trumptrash are the the worst offenders at social distancing and wearing masks. I don't care if their kind die (as if they had value) but they could infect real Americans.

The Christians that I find defending him online seem to think he is a church-going man.
Part of the reason I find them so ******* delusional. ETA then again, I cannot for the life of me distinguish between Russian trolls and true believers so maybe I’m just being duped by foreigners. |

With the Overton window now pushed so hard up against the right wing that it is deep into the wingnut region, that's how social media appears to those claiming overwhelming left-wing bias. Everyone is a commie but them.
Of course, the same can be said about extreme left-wingers too. |

The State Department tells President Trump not to congratulate Putin on his election win and President Trump does it anyway. The president’s critics argue about which of those three possibilities (Or combination of these three possibilities) best explains this inexplicable behavior.
The CIA tells President Trump to not share specific intelligence information with the Russians because the Russians will be able to infer who gave us the info and what that nation’s intelligence capabilities are. The president shares it anyway and the president’s critics argue about which of those three possibilities (or combination of these three possibilities) best explains this inexplicable behavior. The president announces that President Obama is 100% Responsible for the invasion of Crimea and that Putin should share no blame. The president’s critics yadda yadda. The president insists that Russia should be let back into the G7. Yadda yadda The president spends 3 hours alone with Putin with no American taking notes. Yadda yadda. The president announces that there was no Russian interference in the 2016 election despite a half dozen different US intelligence agencies documenting it. Yadda yadda The president announces that he is absolutely confident that Putin did not interfere in 2016 because the president looked Putin in the eye as Putin denied it. Yadda yadda We can go on and on if you like. |

Nobody claimed Trump was running a clever Russian operation. Rather, he runs a Russia friendly government, with minimal efforts to hold Putin back. Putin could take Ukraine and Trump would let him.
Russia via Deutsche bank is a major lender to Trump hotel business. Dismantling NATO is part of Trump second term. |

These people are so unprincipled it's disgusting. Their ideology is entirely built on maintaining power through fear and propaganda (any Democrat left of Hitler is an evil commie, socialist, America hating anti-christ terrorist) and not actual principled beliefs. I've noticed a trend of right wingers actively avoiding criticism of literally ANY Republican no matter how vile or egregious their misdeeds but the moment a Democrat gaffes they become principled puritanical pearl clutchers.

There is NO WAY (ZERO!) that Mail-In Ballots will be anything less than substantially fraudulent. Mail boxes will be robbed, ballots will be forged & even illegally printed out & fraudulently signed. The Governor of California is sending Ballots to millions of people, anyone..... ....living in the state, no matter who they are or how they got there, will get one. That will be followed up with professionals telling all of these people, many of whom have never even thought of voting before, how, and for whom, to vote. This will be a Rigged Election. No way! |

Is there someone in the Whitehouse who writes these? It's appropriately Trumpian stream of consciousness, but, (random capitals aside) correctly spelled and grammatically correct (including 'whom') so I can't believe his tiny fingers mashed it out.
Strange job, sitting there trying to think 'What would the president say if he was coherent enough?' |

The opening of a Cold Case against Psycho Joe Scarborough was not a Donald Trump original thought, this has been going on for years, long before I joined the chorus. In 2016 when Joe & his wacky future ex-wife, Mika, would endlessly interview me, I would always be thinking.... ....about whether or not Joe could have done such a horrible thing? Maybe or maybe not, but I find Joe to be a total Nut Job, and I knew him well, far better than most. So many unanswered & obvious questions, but I won’t bring them up now! Law enforcement eventually will? |

I hate that trump does this. How can the governor of North Carolina 'guarantee' the August convention will be able to proceed as planned? No one knows where we will be in August in terms of the virus. Why does trump insist on politicizing this to score cheap points with his base. trump is so disrespectful to people he doesn't agree with.
A rational response would be for the president to say, "Are we going to have the convention in North Carolina in August? Right now it's too soon to answer that question. But we have reached out to state officials and we will work with them to try and resolve this." The problem is, if trump reacted that way -- given his track record -- he never would have gotten elected. Instead he's doing what he's always done. Whatever works for him and screw everybody else. Even Fox News polls show trump losing to Biden in November. Other polls show McConnell in a dead heat with his opponent in November. If these two are voted out of office it would a huge step in restoring democracy and a normal way of life. I have my fingers, toes and even my eyes crossed! |

I'd like to see the governor of NC treat Trump like the toddler that Trump is and refuse to allow the RNC happen in his state. Also, it would be a wise choice. With Covid-19, the increased use of prostitutes in August would only worsen the situation.

The cognitive dissonance extends to within Fox, with the News section desperate to rejoin the fold of respectable News outlets, and the Opinion section trying to given Rush Limbaugh and Alex Jones a run for their money.
I can't understand how anyone can have Fox as their primary source of information and not become schizophrenic. |

Not to mention Trumps habit of stiffing locations he visits for the increased expenses. While the convention would probably be covered by the RNC, why take the risk?
This morning the conservative talking heads were complaining about how certain area have asserted they don't want trump coming there. Pontificating that they don't want to give him a platform to reach the people in that area. While potentially a valid concern it also simply ignores the history of other localities being stiffed for increased costs. |

Well, I don't take such hosts of shows (conservative or liberal) as necessarily actually holding the positions portrayed.
The only way I can see people watching and listening to the conservative taking heads and not immediately being slapped in the face by how buffoonish and deliberately misleading they are is simply because it is ones primary, if not only, source of information. |

There will be ups and downs, but next year will be one of the best ever! That post is about 4,000% more effort then they will actually bother putting into it. They just won't bring it up and will flat out never address it.
But, as I've said, their hypocrisy is a feature, not a bug. Adulterer Bill Clinton didn't give them 2 seats on the Supreme Court, Adulterer Donald Trump did. Brainteaser solved. |
