He wasn't sure if it was one hour or two. All junk. Maybe he wasn't even in Africa.

Anyway, as a Bigfooter he is trying to make the point that Bigfoot can be right near you and you will never know it. He doesn't understand the proximity contradiction that suggests that you could be right near a Bigfoot and it will never know you are there.

I guess the lesson to be learned is to never give a Bigfoot believer the microphone.

Can you imagine the size of the boiler room of a silverback gorilla?

The respiration sounds would be plainly clear at 3 feet away.
a non-habituated silverback gorilla would have no fear of a human, and would know the human is there, if it wanted to, it would intimidate with sounds, bluff charges, it could grab a human by it's clothing and swing the human around like a rag doll.

It sounds like a huge lie. << I'm just gonna sit right down here in the jungle and not know what is 3 feet away from me, ooops! theres a silverback gorilla right here. >>

Also, I have found a video that I think proves Bigfooters are just wrong about Bigfoot.

The rarest gorilla in the world, Cross river gorilla, a group moves past a game-cam, clearly they know it's there, but, they don't avoid it, they own those woods. They walk on by, and the Silverback let's it know who's boss.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7MwhG73erc

Rarest gorilla in the densest jungle in the world? Check.
Caught on a game cam? check.

Oh wow, I just read the article now and I see that he is a she.

Primatologist Mireya Mayor is starring in the new cable TV series "Expedition Bigfoot". She is a Bigfoot believer. She sat in Africa for one hour (or two) and never saw the giant male gorilla sitting only 3 feet away. Besides being an Anthropologist (Primatologist), her work experience includes being a Miami Dolphins cheerleader and an "inspirational speaker".

I thought bigfoot was supposed to have really strong BO. How can anyone miss that if they're in close proximity? I wish bigfooters would try harder to be consistent and make sense. As if.

It's all a game with no rules.

I now recognize her from her Nat Geo Wild stories.

She is a TV personality, don't know why she is part of a Bigfoot show, except that it is a TV gig. I can't imagine she actually believes in Bigfoot, but is using the Jeffrey Meldrum, excuse that there is enough evidence to at least search.

It's a bit more than just that. Like Meldrum she has personally experienced a Bigfoot encounter...

I wonder, since she has studied lemurs in the wild, if she has an opinion on how the tapedum lucidum jumped from that branch to the bigfoot branch of the phylogenic tree.

I just read that. If it's a webcam why don't they show him walking?

It's not disappointing at all. After decades of searching, after relentless denials by scientists and so-called skeptics alike, after saying it could never be found because it could not exist, we finally found one. A DOT worker with a sense of humor.

This suggests a well used trail or migration route. Bigfoots are walking in the same place. It could be the same one or maybe not.

That's very definitely a bigfoot and absolutely not in any way a human wearing heavy winter clothing and boots.

I'm not sure where that dude's going; there's nothing up that way except possibly more Sasquatches. And that's gotta be around 4,000 feet elevation, so the air's a bit thin, but that guy's just walking straight up the hill like it's nothing. So he's pretty damn fit.

But yeah, it's a guy in winter clothes and boots all right.

My front porch is at 4,400 ft, give or take a few inches. The rest of my area just goes up from there. It doesn't take that much fitness to climb hills around here. However, it is fun watching the Hollywood types gasping for air in Park City (Sundance Film Festival). That's 7,000 ft, and you start to feel it. Main Street (where all the action happens) is a steep hill, and relatively Sasquatch-free.

Colorado ranch owner and big game outfitter claims to have Bigfoots on his property

That's quite a toss. It must have been shocking to have a flying boulder land less than 2 inches away.

They don't know physics very well.

A perfect specimen, human, shot put thrower world record holder can throw a 16 pound ball 75 feet with a hangtime of 2.16 seconds.

This monster threw a 70 pound ball (same weight as a larger bag of readymix concrete.) 141 feet and landed it within 2" of a person, and had a hangtime of 2.96 seconds.

* Hangtime calculated with assumption of a 45 degree starting trajectory, and a starting position at 0 feet, and ending position at 0 feet.

Lets assume that the shotput/rock and human/bigfoot are at the same ratio, and calculate the size of the beast. (I'll use the world record holders weight as the human weight.)

RATIO
Randy Barnes: 291 pounds/ 16 pound weight Bigfoot: X weight/70 pounds

This would give us a Bigfoot weight of 1271 pounds.

For the sake of the argument lets say they threw the same distance, which they didnt', the bigfoot threw theirs almost twice as far.
