That would be a really wrong take away from Kitzmiller v. Dover for two reasons: That case itself was already an attempt at repackaging creationism in way to get around existing law from earlier cases; The evidence presented during the trail included evidence that creationists were already working on yet another repackaging.

Schools shall teach 'different worldviews' on climate and evolution. Oh, yeah.

Maybe they will teach different worldviews on how those presents got under the Christmas tree, too.

You're right. I do think Judge Jones statement, however, applies here;
