They also have the most expensive air fore, on a per aircraft basis, of any country. You have to respect that.

Yes, yes. But Luxembourg doesn't count.
Its fate is to suffer the same as Belgium does, whenever one of the other neighbours wants to give their armies some hard needed walking exercise.
In this way, you can almost see them as honorary Belgiums.
