Dominion voting systems have expanded their lawsuit and are now after 1.3 billion from Rudy.
That should be fun to watch.

I expect Rudy will prove his innocence by biting the head off of a live Chinese bat while on the stand.

Would anyone be surprised that Lin Wood is crazy?

Pro-Trump Lawyer Lin Wood Puts License in Jeopardy by Refusing Mental Health Evaluation [usanews.com]
Quote:
L. Lin Wood, a lawyer who played a role in former President Donald Trump's attempts to overturn his election defeat, put his law license in jeopardy on Friday by saying on social media that he would not undergo a mental health evaluation requested by an attorney licensing body.

MAGA paypigs fork up the dough get nothing in return. Is it possible that one half the nation has a financial domination/humiliation fetish?

Quote:
Then-President Donald Trump raised $76 million for a political slush fund by citing the need to challenge his Nov. 3 reelection loss and for Republicans to win two Senate runoffs in Georgia, but through the end of 2020 he did not spend a dime of it on either.

If reports of his debt to Russian investors are correct, that would explain why he's truly trying to pay them, rather than just stiff them as he's done for most of his career. He must be really frightened of them.

I’m not sure if this is the Kraken or the iceberg: Sidney Powell’s newest move is to get sued for libel by Smartmatic (to the tune of $2.7 billion) along with Fox News, Fox hosts, and Rudy Giuliani.

Bold strategy by the “pissed-off former federal prosecutor”! How will it work out? Time will tell.

After Dominion, now Smartmatic. They file a $2.7 billion libel suit against Fox News, Fox hosts, Giuliani and Powell.

Quote:
The lawsuit, filed in New York state court, accused Fox, Giuliani, Powell and hosts Lou Dobbs, Maria Bartiromo, and Jeanine Pirro of intentionally lying about Smartmatic in an effort to mislead the public into the false belief that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from former President Donald Trump.

Nice to see Bartiromo, Dobbs and Pirro getting a little sumpin'-sumpin' as well.

Not sure who gets to release the Kraken but he/it/she did ring my doorbell earlier today. Since it is a very cold day, I let it in to warm up. It also appeared hungry so I gave it a banana. I'm sorry to have to report that it is toothless.

Awesome opening paragraphs of the suit:
Quote:
1. The Earth is round. Two plus two equals four. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris won
the 2020 election for President and Vice President of the United States. The election was not stolen,
rigged, or fixed. These are facts. They are demonstrable and irrefutable.
2. Defendants have always known these facts. They knew Joe Biden and Kamala
Harris won the 2020 U.S. election. They knew the election was not stolen. They knew the election
was not rigged or fixed. They knew these truths just as they knew the Earth is round and two plus
two equals four.
