Not sure this passes constitutional muster, it seems to fail the Lovett Test of a Bill of Attainder. Stripping of his office maybe but disbarment would certainly fail.

It's a resolution, not a bill. Depending on how you look at it, the whole thing is either going to fail, or has already succeeded in its purpose.

No, he lied his way through Senate approval swearing under oath the would be impartial and honest, and then his first major act was to quash the Mueller report.

He's Trump's stooge through and through.

He should be disbarred for perjury.
