Actually, from what I've learned, Bin Laden wasn't expecting to need to carry out a second attack. His idea seemed to be that, by showing how vulnerable America was, the attacks would stimulate a worldwide jihadist uprising. He fully expected Muslims to come flocking to Afghanistan, and was by all accounts rather perplexed by the revulsion and disapproval voiced by large sections of the Muslim world in the days that followed.

Now, now...cut them some slack. 9/11 Truth is a far younger religion. Christianity has had nearly 2 millennia to perfect their methods. Who knows? Maybe in 2,000 years truthers will hold services where they have moments of silence and listen closely for the sound of hush boom explosives.
