Well, the Hatch Act is federal law, and violating it is criminal enough for government work.

Yeah, I saw that. They must have gotten their talking points from Correct the Record too, huh?

Don't make no never mind, the whole Hatch Act Conspiracy Theory is just a desperate attempt to derail the discussion from Hillary's Gang's gross misconduct.

It isn't criminal so there would be no "conviction".

Perhaps you should have been using something else all this time, then? I hear that you have critical thinking ability, maybe try that? Then again, using that would have prevented your years long quixotic quest, and years of laughter for ISkep readers.

The former chief Bush White House ethics lawyer filed a Hatch complaint and wrote an op-ed in the NYT because he is secretly working for Correct the Record? LOL, and you accuse us of believing conspiracy theories.

As the GOP has learned repeatedly while flailing against Hillary Clinton.

Cool straw man.

You mean the mope who wrote the Hatch Act hatchet piece that the New York Times rushed into print in an attempt to desperately derail the criminal investigation now known as Weiner-gate?

Lets take a gander, shall we?

"In this election I am supporting... Hillary Clinton."

'kthnx Mr. Bush Ethics Lawyer. Say was he the one that wrote the Torture Memo Tony? So many Bush Ethics Lawyers writing opinions....

So you are pushing a conspiracy theory.

And before that he supported four different Republican primary candidates. Clearly he is a partisan Democrat who will say anything for Hillary Clinton.

I think you're fully aware that it was John Yoo, which begs the question of why you're even bringing it up. Also, Painter started working for the White House in 2005, and the torture memos were written in 2002.

Curious, does rebutting a conspiracy theory require a conspiracy theory? Um, no.

Big Hillary fan now, tho?

Attention: THE BUSH ETHICS LAWYER WHO WROTE THE HATCH PIECE ON COMEY IS NOT THE SAME BUSH ETHICS LAWYER WHO WROTE THE TORTURE MEMO.

Good to clear that up.

The penalty is removal anyway. No point in formally finding him in violation if he isn't the Director of the FBI anymore.

You're literally saying that he made up a bunch of bs and that the NYT printed it as a distraction. Yeah, definitely a conspiracy theory. You only believe it because you want to.

Given that he would have preferred at least four different Republican primary candidates be President than her, I doubt it. He's just not a total moron and so he realizes how bad Trump is.

And if he was willing to write a hatchet job on behalf of Hillary, disclosing that he is now supporting her seems like an odd move. Certainly such a dishonest person would omit that.

Hillary's Gang rounds up 100 former federal prosecutors to attack Comey and the FBI.

I wonder if they are trying to improperly influence the Criminal Investigation into Carlos Danger and his sleazy cache of emails.

Al Capone had plenty of prosecutors at his beck and call in the 20's too

So now 100 former federal prosecutors are in on it. And you claim it isn't a conspiracy theory.

No merely that Hillary is an international master criminal who has successfully bribed hundreds to cover her tracks. She is so brilliant that there is no tangible evidence of her wrongdoing - indeed the absence of any such evidence is the most compelling reason for her guilt

Which one, the Comey is a criminal conspiracy theory?

Yeah, that is a conspiracy theory. The Hillary Gang circulating open letters designed to derail the criminal investigation? Certainly a conspiracy, but no theory.

It isn't impossible to falsify. It is possible that Comey doesn't get fired/resign and that he will be found to not be in violation.

Then signature bet? I get to dictate your signature until comey is formally punished by the merit systems protection board, then you have my signature for the heat death of the universe.

Yeah, that is a conspiracy theory. The Hillary Gang circulating open letters designed to derail the criminal investigation? Certainly a conspiracy, but no theory.
Your claim that 100 former federal prosecutors condemned Comey because they want to help Hillary derail the investigation and not because they believe that his actions were improper is definitely a conspiracy theory. You have no evidence for this. You simply believe it because you want to.

That Comey acted improperly by making the highly unusual move of notifying Congress about emails the FBI hadn't even reviewed yet knowing that Republicans would immediately use it to attempt to influence the election isn't a conspiracy theory given that is what happened. Also because he made the decision on his own.
