Australian forum members are all liars!

I feel so - lied to. Here, it turns out none of you exist, except as actors. AND, you get paid for it!

ETA - I'm guessing that New Zealand isn't real either, but if we move north, what about Papua / New Guinea? Indonesia? Malaysia / Singapore? Vietnam? Perhaps they could draw a line on the map where things go from real to not real. Instead of dragons, they could put koalas on the other side for artistic effect.

Clearly not, since we base about 3/4 of our economy on Australia.

How else do you think I can spend so much time on the Internet?

I even got to go around the USA once, being released from trhe secret North Pole Underground lair where we are made, spreading disinfo ("I'm from Orstrelia") with paid accommodation, meals and a visit to Disneyland with my fictional son who was devatted for the occasion.

So you are all dishonest? It's just a 'thing' you have always done?

This triggers my insecurities about honesty and betrayal!

They're truthful, it's just that the truth is upside down so it looks like a lie.

What I don't get is why they think South America exists. It extends further toward the rim than Australia.

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate.

Now that I know that I'm a lie, that explains so much...

As virtual realities go, this one is pretty convincing.

None of these people who believe this have relatives in australia? Or friends in australia?
never been on an international plane?

It's like they have no experience of the outside world at all.

Where the hell do they live?

Right. And for some reason Australians believe Kiwis are a living proof the first settlers were intimate with sheep . I am sure it is a load of bull, but is it true if you buy an inflatable sheep in a NZ sex-shop, you get a bonus pair of rubber boots?

I am aware this joke is a kind of borderline, but taking in accounts neither of these nations actually exists I hope to get away with it .

If Australia doesn't exist, then where is all the beer going?

I once heard a joke:
In what month do Australians drink the least amount of beer?
February. It has the least number of days.

If the second statement were true, it would contradict itself. So it must be a lie. Therefore not everything you say is a lie.

The first statement must also be a lie, because there are no Australians.

This proves you must have said something true on some occasion.
