British actor Julian Sands is missing since last Friday after going hiking in mountains north of Los Angeles. The tone of the reports is 'missing, presumed dead'.

Auckland's been having a bit of a killer storm as well - 3 dead from unprecedented flooding. 250 mm of rain in 24 hours, with half of that falling in a two-hour period yesterday.
