Thumbs up The Official Alex Jones Thread!

Because what would a CT section be, without a topic about the almighty leader of the "Truth" movement?

Some info about him for the lurkers:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alex_Jones_(radio_host)

Quote:
Alexander Emerick "Alex" Jones (born February 11, 1974) is an American radio show host, documentary filmmaker, writer, and conspiracy theorist. He hosts The Alex Jones Show from Austin, Texas which airs on the Genesis Communications Network and shortwave station WWCR across the United States and online.

Jones has been the center of many controversies, including his statements about gun control in the wake of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting. He has accused the U.S. government of being involved in the Oklahoma City bombing, the September 11 attacks and the filming of fake Moon landings to hide NASA's secret technology. He believes that government and big business have colluded to create a New World Order through "manufactured economic crises, sophisticated surveillance tech and—above all—inside-job terror attacks that fuel exploitable hysteria."Jones describes himself as a libertarian, paleoconservative and an "aggressive constitutionalist."Jones has been described by others as pro-Russian, conservative, a right-wing conspiracy theorist, and a libertarian.

New York magazine described Jones as "America's leading conspiracy theorist," and the Southern Poverty Law Center describes him as "the most prolific conspiracy theorist in contemporary America." When asked about these labels, Jones said that he is "proud to be listed as a thought criminal against Big Brother."
http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Alex_Jones

Quote:
Alex Emerick Jones (born in 1974, replaced by an animatronic puppet sometime after 2010) is a radio entertainer and comedian who specializes in making up conspiracy theories to entertain his audience.

Notoriously hard-to-place ideologically (though clearly located to the right on most topics), Jones' views amount to some kind of high-powered mutant hybrid of libertarianism/paleoconservatism/evangelical protestantism/neoreactionism/miscellaneous. Jones is one of the very few people who can make Glenn Beck look comparatively sane; it gets worse from there.

Alex got his start on Access TV in Austin, peddling basically the same *********, except on a small-time scale. Y2K was what he really pounded the table over, grunting about the end of money and shilling for his gun and survivalist's shop called "The Hardware Store". They specialized in stuff like guns, ammo, MREs and 8-stage water filtration systems. He pimped the hell out of these on his show, promising us all that the end was nigh. Then nothing happened.

Most Texans assumed he was done. Then 9/11 swooped in and bailed the charlatan out.
Some CTers call him a Zionist shill. Other CTers, like kyoon, call him a CIA Agent.

Then there's a conspiracy theory that says that Alex Jones is in fact Bill Hicks (for some reason...).

He's also the host of a show called "infowars" and is good friends with US Presidential candidate Donald Trump.

This is a thread where you can discuss anything about Jonesy boy.

Officially approved by the NWO...

Oh, and incase some of the lurkers don't know what he looks like, this is a picture of him:

He is a professional conspiracy whore. How much of his crap he actually believes is irrelevant. It's all about making money off the gullible. Jones is a vile excuse for a human being.

I try to stay away from Infowars (There's a moron for your mind!) as much as possible. Not so much because of the conspiratorial bilge sloshing around on the site, but because of the comments on the articles. Sickening, truly sickening. Rampant anti-Semitism and calls for murder and violence everywhere you look.
I did look a couple of days ago, after Malbec stated that CTers were discussing China, Putin and Iran. It turns out they weren't at all. I was so surprised.
One of my favourite Alex Jones moments was an article about gun-related homicides, in which they were arguing that America's more relaxed gun laws (in comparison with, for example, the UK) did not lead to a higher rate of same. As proof, the article linked to a map of the world showing rates of gun-related homicides around the world, in which America had one of the highest rates. Absolute perfection!

https://socialblade.com/youtube/user...exjoneschannel

He gains subscribers every day, although he claimed in that Bilderberg video from 2013 that he had 3 mil. followers, yet he has 1.6 mil.

I'm still at a loss why this guy isn't in jail. Especially after the Y2K thing.

Then again, the same question could also be used against AE911Truth...

Watched one video a few months ago, turned it off after 1 minute. This guy pisses me off. I personally would call his channel "Disinfowars" or "Whackowars".

Also, one of the reasons why I installed the "No Youtube Comments" add-on for Firefox a few months ago.

Those would be censored, I'm afraid. I personally think he's a ********, but that word would be replaced with asterixes.

Oh, and I also think he's a fat sack of crap aswell.

Seconded.

I've seen a video of his NYC antics where he approached a group of in-uniform military service members while they were eating lunch and proceeded to yell, scream and carry-on about their particular part in whatever conspiracy he had in mind, to the point they stopped eating and left just to get away from the *******, to the great amusement of ******* Jones and his followers.

No class.

Jones did once appear on a British politics show. Needless to say it's not how it's done over here, and I believe I recall hearing that he pretty much turned it off when the cameras went off.

If I worked for the Illuminati I would be investing heavily to keep Alex Jones on the public eye. He and David Icke would be great tools for discrediting any CT that is too close to the knuckle.

You are correct: Andrew Neil reported that as soon as Jones realised filming was over, he became perfectly normal.

Alex Jones is a con-man who quite deliberately is stoking outrage by means of faux hysteria. To me it is painfully obvious he doesn't believe the bilge he utters. And of course all this bilge has been an enormous gravy train for him.

The bottom line is that he has been uttering hysteria screeds and predicting all sorts of terrible things, which he has repeatedly said will happen and which don't happen for more than two decades now. The man lies with great ease all in order to pour money into his pocket. He is an actor and his hysterical "public" persona is part of an act designed to con the public so of course when the public isn't watching the act stops.

As for Alex Jones success rate with his predictions may I suggest the following YouTube videos:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZwURLwd8pEA

and

That's the video I saw on Youtube.

50 Mil. youtube viewers a month. Gee, I wonder why Socialblade says that he has +34,480,500 views a month (still is troublesome to see he has this many viewers)? Guess Socialblade is controlled by the evil Gobmint.

And he has no manners.

Wouldn't that be proof positive Alex Jones committed 9/11? Apparently gaining something is all the evidence you need that you were in on it. Just ask him.

Good for you, and for anyone else Jones is new to.

I dont know for certain but I'd bet older members here have known about Jones for decades. Jones would be nothing new to them .

I first noticed him at least since yr 1998, maybe earlier.

He was on local (Austin) radio until this year. Fairly entertaining wackiness, but after a while I would tire of the screaming and turn him off.

Any word on a Jonesian pronouncement about false flag actions allowing government agents to come round and confiscate your ability to cook pulses quickly and economically?

Jones is now claiming that this message will change the course of the election and save the world:

What fun. What will his excuse be when Trump loses and we don't have a "worldwide financial meltdown"? Inquiring minds want to know.

The guy who made those pics isn't American (Italian, iirc).

And from the comments on this pic, alot of deviantart users hate Piers Morgan and find him arrogant. Perhaps some of them think he collects money or something? Should also add that the artist from these pics takes requests, so.

That "they" wanted us to think that a World War would happen to "scare the population"?

For info, I think a majority of people in the UK who care either way (rather than being ambivalent) dislike Piers Morgan. He was editor of three tabloid newspapers (at least) here, and developed a reputation for being smug and ingratiating. His papers were involved in phone hacking and in one case published faked photos which were meant to show UK troops abusing Iraqi citizens and urinating on the dead.

One satirical magazine here always refers to him as Piers Moron.

ETA - I think Stephen Fry once defined Countryside as the killing of Piers Morgan (I can edit this if that is against the MA, but I think it's OK).

Obviously Jones and his followers will simply admit they were wrong, humbly apologize to anyone who was misled and concede that the HRC administration is not as awful as they expected it to be. Like how their ilk apologized for saying that Obama was going to take our guns and Obamacare was going to kill my granny with its death panels and such.

In all seriousness, it's his unwillingness to admit to being wrong about these things after the fact that contributes to my doubts about his sincerity.
