The Flatiron Pub is a great bar and a great location with a decent beer selection, but it gets a bit crowded upstairs. Any chance of finding a bigger place?

The Lanyrd page for the event is here: http://lanyrd.com/2013/necss/

You can find out Twitter handles, see videos from last year's show and much more by exploring. Eventually the full schedule will be here too, and there's a smartphone app so you can have all this info in your pocket.

If you are on Twitter or LinkedIn and plan to attend NECSS, be sure to log in to Lanyrd (don't worry, they won't spam you or your followers) and mark yourself as attending.

I am registered, I hope. I got a bit of an error message after I paid through PayPal. But, it looks like the transaction went through.

I got the discounted NYCS registration price, but then I also tacked on the fundraising dinner and the all workshop pass.

We need to get the word out that I will be there. That should boost attendance, especially among women.

I will be registering ASAP. Just need to clear some things with the StackExchange folks for what they will be willing to let me expense.

While discussing planning, anyone looking for a roomie?
