From now until the midterms there'll just be skirmishing, in my opinion. Everything should be directed towards that battle, and making it about healthcare will put the Republicans at a grave disadvantage - even if Trump wins this vote.

Oops! The outstanding dealmaker just failed to make a deal which would make all GOP representatives happy.
