Here's an excellent, very concise new Errol Morris documentary on Umbrella Man. Why was this guy under a black umbrella on a beautiful sunny day? Did he shoot JFK?

I thought it was settled and it was the driver what done it, now you're saying a man with an umbrella might be responsible. Who is he the Penguin?

The umbrella was also claimed to fire a dart that paralyzed JFK.
