World’s billionaires have more wealth than 4.6 billion people
Published: 20th January 2020 Fight inequality, beat poverty The world’s 2,153 billionaires have more wealth than the 4.6 billion people who make up 60 percent of the planet’s population, reveals a new report from Oxfam today ahead of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland. Global inequality is shockingly entrenched and vast and the number of billionaires has doubled in the last decade. Oxfam India CEO Amitabh Behar, who is in Davos to represent the Oxfam confederation this year said: “The gap between rich and poor can't be resolved without deliberate inequality-busting policies, and too few governments are committed to these.” •Getting the richest one percent to pay just 0.5 percent extra tax on their wealth over the next 10 years would equal the investment needed to create 117 million jobs in sectors such as elderly and childcare, education and health. https://www.oxfam.org/en/press-relea...billion-people |

Great so, abaddon proposed you giving all of your stuff. Did you try to give all your stuff and it was rejected or did you simply try to give what isn't owned but simply owed by you? It wasn't abaddon's proposal that was "fumes" but your assertion of your willingness to engage in "cooperation".

Nope. I asked for your stuff, not your obligations. Try not to lie. According to your magic book, it makes jebus cry. Or bleed. Or something. In any event moses didn't like it, he whipped out a chisel and wrote on a rock. Or two rocks. Or three rocks. Or chucked the lot and went back for V.2.0 which were totally the same as v 1.0 except that they were not remotely the same.
Oh and the ten commandments? Your jebus endorsed only five of those. I know which and why. Do you? Of course not, because I have read the bible cover to cover and you have not. |

You mean Gaetan needs to work on his parole.

No, that is a Gaetan budgeting problem, not a "currency exists" problem.
You are taking more out of the system than you are putting in. Remove currency, the only thing that is limiting you from draining resources from society, and the problem only gets worse. If you want to see someone taking more from the central market than they need, the mirror would be a good place to start. What you say won't happen, is exactly what you do. You are the best example why your system fails. |

According to your pools the communist Bernie Sanders is ahead of the capitalist Joe Biden who have the support of the richer in the democrat party who want to have no income tax to pay, hope he'll win and get rid of money, most people working for him are voluntary workers working free of charge, that's a good start.

If there is anything that I can count on is Gaetan changing the subject and being wrong.
Why aren't you taking up abaddon on his offer? Why can't you give him all your belongings? Why aren't you being honest? |

Socialism and communism are two different things.
But I understand keeping things distinct in one's mind is hard.

Bernie is not running on no taxes. He is running on "the rich" to pay "more" Bernie also pays his employees. In fact, he unionized them. There are some people, perhaps the bulk of people, who are volunteering in his campaign, but this is true for every campaign, pretty much ever.
People are also volunteering for Biden. And Trump. So is that also a good start? If Sanders were to win, he would get richer, own more property. That is what he is doing now. He is one of the rich. When he sold his book, he didn't donate to a charity, or do anything other than buy more property. This is a fantasy of yours. You have stated you have a religion of 1. Why do you now claim Bernie would be an adherent despite never espousing the same views as you? Communists don't want to get rid of money, they want to strictly control it. And through that method, control you. |

Those dirty riches are at it again:
https://www.barrett-jackson.com/Even...OADSTER-236302
What they don't tell you ion the auction results is that after the car hammered at $200,000.00 for charity a bidder that did not win the auction donated another $50,000.00 to the cancer charity that was the beneficiary of the auction. This is far from the first time a charity car auction brought out the best in someone, or more than one someone: mecum.com/lots/FL0119-359420/1952-ford-f1-pickup/ After the truck hammered for $220,000.00, a noted car collector Michael Fuchs: http://supercars.agent4stars.com/pow...ollection-usa/ And Dana Mecum contributed $50,000.00 each on top of the winning bid - Those lousey riches! |

Is your "incentive to get rid of money" simply your desire to forgo obligations to others you undertook yourself? If not, then others can likewise have some "incentive to get rid of money" other than just their debts or lack there of.
Who here has said that they have "no incentive to get rid of money"? What people have said here is that the have no incentive to try to enact a system that not only doesn't address many of the problems you assert but would actually make some worse. You really need to stop lying about what others have written. |

All you've promise is to replace debt with a different kind of obligation. It's not freedom to be pressed into servitude. Also, since you've already stated you'd take more out of society than you put in, when you take that electric car you can't afford right now, someone is going to have to make up that difference. You are the best example of why it would never work.
Let's say you want a top of the line Tesla. That's 140K. Let's be generous and say you make 30 an hour. That's 4,666 and 2/3rds hours of work you'd have to generate to break even. Or 116 2/3rds weeks. Under your system, you could put in 20 minutes and drive off with a new shiny model. That leaves the economy in debt to the tune of 4666 and 1/3rd hours in the red. somebody has to make up for that gap. Because "work" doesn't make things magically appear. Either they are accounted for in currency, or in hours worked. Also it leads to waste. Why should I try and get my iPhone fixed when I could simply take a new one, new model and all. Why would anyone want my busted ass phone when they could also just take a shiny new one. So what happens to my broken phone? It becomes part of the waste stream. It becomes pollution that you created in your system. I'd prefer not to live in your polluted, indentured world. Hard pass. |

Technically he hasn't. So no obligations, to have to work or anything, which of course simply means there is no societal or other obligation to help ensure that those that do work actually get anything at all.
Heck, just look at one of his core principles that people want to be paid the most while paying their neighbor the least. According to him everyone is looking to take more out of society than they put in. So it can't work just based on one of his starting premises. Exactly, based on his recent posts it seems Gaetan's reasons for wanting to abolish money isn't to share the wealth, but to simply share his debt and the irresponsibility (failing to meet or even have obligations) that can result in such. |
