I guess the idea of getting doxxed isn't as amusing when someone finds themselves in the crosshairs.

If CNN can find the guy, others can, too.

If he does get doxxed, he's about to learn the downside of trolling through use of particularly vile hot button material. In this case, other than the CNN/WWE vid, I guess it was mostly racist (I'm not familiar with the postings).

Some non-racists will accept his apology... many will not.

Some racists though will decry him for selling out... many others will continue to claim him, perhaps tainting his real name going forward.

Is he sincere? Is he not?
Either way... his name, among at least some group he'd like to keep friendly with, is now Mudd.

Well done dude... well done.

You are correct. Obama gave speeches and made comments about everyone coming together, accepting all people of all religions and ethnicity, that we're all in this. He was called a divider by the right-wing.

Trump talks about everyone but white christians as less than, but the right-wing is quiet about the divisiveness of Trump.

"Divisiveness"? What the hell you been smoking?

Large numbers of them have loudly and repeatedly stated that Trump has and is continuing to bring the country together.

Didn't you get the memo?

(Perhaps they mean factions of the GOPers were divided over just how evil Obama was, and now that strife is ended. )

In a way, Trump has united much of the country..........against the minority of people that support him.

You might have something there because it seems that Trump has been working on uniting people across the country. Check it out.

Cities join call for impeachment

Congress may not be ready to launch impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump, but a growing number of cities and towns are trying to push members in that direction.

Brookline, Mass., became the 10th and latest local government Thursday to pass a resolution calling for impeachment, a step designed to add pressure on the state’s congressmen to launch a formal investigation that could ultimately lead to the president’s removal from office.

Marches across U.S. cities call for Trump's impeachment

LOS ANGELES -- Protesters gathered Sunday in cities across the U.S. calling for the impeachment of President Trump.

Thousands gathered Sunday in downtown Los Angeles as protesters marched from Pershing Square to Fletcher-Bowron Square in an effort to urge Congress to impeach the president, CBS Los Angeles reports.

The march was one of 45 sister marches in cities across the nation including New Orleans, Seattle, Philadelphia and New York City.

In Manhattan, protesters chanted outside Trump International Hotel and Tower at Columbus Circle and Central Park West, CBS New York reports.

Dumb is assuming he's dumb because he's not doing a better job as a president, but that was never his goal - his goal was to be the most powerful and most important man on Earth, cheered by crowds, with the national anthem playing in his honor and his picture hanging in public offices and school and so on. Near as I can tell he achieved his goal perfectly. And he didn't even have to study or work particularly hard for it.

He gets what he wants with almost no effort. You can't call that dumb. Two in five Americans support him in his quest to be cheered at, which should be plenty to see him through his first term.

His followers who can't see through him are dumb, down to the last one. The only support for him that isn't dumb is exposing the cancerous parts of the Republican party that pander to the retard vote. He's quite good in this regard, a sort of chemotherapy if you will.

Now, why am I not surprised?!

Quote:
44 out of 50 states have declined to provide data to President Trump’s voter fraud commission

Forty-four states have refused to supply varying degrees of voter information requested last week by Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, vice chair of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, CNN reported.

Kobach’s commission — launched in the wake of Trump’s debunked claims that widespread voter fraud lost him the 2016 election’s popular vote — said it wants “publicly available” state-level data in order to “fully analyze vulnerabilities and issues related to voter registration and voting.”

That depends on why and how he gets what he wants. His history is that he gets what he wants simply because he was born very privileged and inherited a lot of capital. The dumbest person can say "I want...".

Trump's 4,000 men "surge" in Afghanistan is certain to cost US lives. But given the lack of public interest, I doubt it will cost him votes.

Winning the presidential election in the US requires quite a bit more than just "a lot of capital", as Hillary found out to her (and our) determent. He was also capable enough to expand his substantial inheritance into true wealth, rather than just blowing it away as your would expect an actually stupid person to do.

Trump is many things that should disqualify him from office, but stupid isn't among them. I'd put him at around average overall intelligence, above average in some ways, below average in others. You don't call a person like that "stupid".

To put it another way, he already proved he's smarter than 40% of US electorate (i.e. anyone who supports him), this alone puts him at average.

Not really, he already poisoned both wells of how this could hurt him. If US forces get killed in action, then he will blame Obama for not doing more during his eight years in power, leaving the mess to him. If US suffers terrorist attacks he will blame the judges for blocking his travel bans. His followers will cheer for him even more and won't care if it's pointed out to them repeatedly the terrorist was homegrown and wouldn't be affected by the ban anyway.

If nothing of the sort happens he will take credit for any victories the mini surge will produce. In other words, he wins either way.

Darat, that's not a behavior of a stupid person. Sinister and evil certainly, but not stupid.

This week it all comes to a head. Qatar, North Korea, the G20 summit, the Trump/Putin meeting (that handshake is gonna be epic!), and other stuff I'd made mental notes about but can't recall right now.

I'm going to be at a 24/7 weekend event and it will be tough not to tune in to the news on my phone every hour or so.

Oh sure, he's an ignorant narcissist, which makes him sound dumb.

Quote:

It sure is, but I'm afraid I can prove it beyond reasonable doubt. It's not a stretch to say that just about anyone who still thinks he's doing a good job is stupider than him and 40% of electorate approve of his job performance.

Average intelligence is defined as the middle 68% of test takers (1SD from mean), 16% are above average (and above to genius and beyond) and 16% are below average (stupid to retarded all the way down). Even if half of his remaining supporters support him for reasons other than doing a good job ("He's destroying the Republican party, whoohoo, I'll get elected for sure!") he's still well in average segment.

There was a Radiolab episode that took a look at people's vocabularies where they tracked the gradual decrease in vocabulary and related it to the onset of Alzheimer's. I believe it was done with nuns, but it's been a long time.

Of course, one may consciously "dumb down" one's vocabulary in an attempt to appeal to the common man. Intentionally avoiding big words, let's say.

To repeat, I found his speaking spontaneously on "space" to be shocking in its vapidness. There really may be something wrong with the man - it would explain so much.

edited to add: The podcast was from 2010 and titled "Vanishing Words". Worth a listen.

I doubt it's a medical condition. He's just a man of regular intelligence who never red much. A bad choice for a president, sure, but don't get your hopes up about it being caused by a medical condition which could be used in judgment of 25th amendment or something similar.

Trump is 71 years old, doesn't exercise and eats badly. Even when ignoring his family's history of Alzheimer's, he's at higher risk of dementia than average Americans his age.
It would be almost surprising if his mental faculties hadn't degenerated over time.

Don't conflate the two, degeneration of mental faculties at that age is a normal process. It could also be a symptom of Alzheimers' of course. If so shall become apparent before his reelection campaign, if he ever gets that far.

that's what I meant: either is a possibility, and Trump's rambling would, in another family, have already prompted his children to have some test run by doctors, just for his sake.

To repeat, I found his speaking spontaneously on "space" to be shocking in its vapidness. There really may be something wrong with the man - it would explain so much.

edited to add: The podcast was from 2010 and titled "Vanishing Words". Worth a listen.

There's been a study on the degradation in Trump's speech.

Quote:
Trump fluently peppered his answers with words and phrases such as “subsided,” “inclination,” “discredited,” “sparring session,” and “a certain innate intelligence.” He tossed off well-turned sentences such as, “It could have been a contentious route,” and, “These are the only casinos in the United States that are so rated.” He even offered thoughtful, articulate aphorisms: “If you get into what’s missing, you don’t appreciate what you have,” and, “Adversity is a very funny thing.”

Now, Trump’s vocabulary is simpler. He repeats himself over and over, and lurches from one subject to an unrelated one, as in this answer during an interview with the Associated Press last month:

“People want the border wall. My base definitely wants the border wall, my base really wants it — you’ve been to many of the rallies. OK, the thing they want more than anything is the wall. My base, which is a big base; I think my base is 45 percent. You know, it’s funny. The Democrats, they have a big advantage in the Electoral College. Big, big, big advantage. … The Electoral College is very difficult for a Republican to win, and I will tell you, the people want to see it. They want to see the wall.”

For decades, studies have found that deterioration in the fluency, complexity, and vocabulary level of spontaneous speech can indicate slipping brain function due to*normal aging or neurodegenerative disease. STAT and the experts therefore considered only unscripted utterances, not planned speeches and statements, since only the former tap the neural*networks that offer a window into brain function.

That seems a bit far fetched. He used to be able to answer questions off the cuff in complete sentences and staying on one topic. He doesn't do that anymore and that seems unlikely to be a positive with his supporters.

I think it's a positive. I mean, it could be a positive. I'm a very positive guy, and people keep telling me I'm very positive. So it could be a positive. No one thought I could win the election, but we did, and by the biggest margin of any election ever. Biggest inaugural crowd, they say. It was amazing. Just amazing!

I think the Lyme Disease angle is a red herring, but George Bush seemed to degrade in front of our eyes as well:

Has Claude Taylor found the High Wizard of the Supreme Court yet? I hear he needs to in order to complete his quest to help Louise Mensch find the impeachment talisman before the next cleaving of the bills.

He also probably used to be able to find his own limo when it was right in front of him.

Your link seems to think that hotlinking is bad, Stacko.
