You're simply wrong. If one makes a distinction between different categorisations of crime, and one chooses to label one "serious crime" and the other "minor crime" (capitalisations or not), this doesn't somehow magically change the words "serious" and "minor" into nouns. They're still the same adjectives they always were.
My post referred to SIO Smith's area of speciality. So, to aid comprehension, think of the Traffic Police. We have the Road Traffic Act. So far, so good? Under the auspices of the Road Traffic Act we have minor traffic offences and more serious ones. Does that make sense? Likewise, under the Serious Crime Act we have - out of a whole range of crimes that fall under this umbrella - minor serious crimes (such as wounding with intent) and then we have the more grave ones, such as international drug smuggling, of which SIO Smith has been the successful participant in cracking down on in Blackpool. Are you still following? To make the comparison clear, the fact of a minor traffic offence does not in any way equate to a minor serious crime. However, in the grand scheme of things an offence under the Road Traffic Act being dealt with by Traffic Police will rarely equate in terms of court sentencing and gravity to an offence under the Serious Crime Act. The term 'minor' refers only to the category under which it comes. Your claim that there cannot be such a thing as a minor serious crime is thus dismissed.

Seems like no one does (not too big a surprise).

Are you really wondering why you are not taken seriously to even a minor degree?
Here is a good place for you to come up to speed.

"Serious Crime Agency" is a proper noun; "serious crime" is a compound noun; "serious" is an adjective. "Serious" on its own is only a proper noun if you're talking about the Luther Allison album, or something like that.

In the context of my post re SIO Rebecca Smith I very clearly referred to Serious and Organised Crime - note the capitalisation. I assume you are familiar with organisations having a 'Human Resources' department or a 'Logistics' department. = Proper Noun. The Lancashire Police have one under the auspices of Serious Crime.

Can you supply any information about this entity called "Serious Crime" that you say supports a department of Lancashire Police?

It could just be that the family were seen as 'high profile', hence the top brains assigned to it.

Ok I don't mean to backpedal the discussion but the cats were not just psychic, but they are proven to have the abilities of a medium to channel human ghosts, even though they are small animals??

Would that make them small medium highly clairvoyants?

No. We were discussing the term 'minor serious crime' in direct respect of SIO Smith, then heading the Lancashire Police Serious and Organised Crime. That one.

BS.
I asked you for citations where someone besides you uses the expressions low High Court, or a short Life Sentence.
Your link does not contain any, and the link you provided before doesn't either.

It's not me who has to come up to speed.
You pulled those expressions out of where the sun don't shine and are simply not able to admit it.

Rothwell is a busy boy on Thursday night (27th April)

He is traipsing all the way to West London to star as guest medium at Fulham Spiritualist Church at 19:30 (GMT)

Perhaps he'll start with a list and location of all the missing people that he found last week?

And yes I know I am being unfair, I know he doesn't claim to be able to find all missing people - but even just the dead ones his "gift" works on would be a comfort to many....
