It is quantum mechanics that explains how lasers and computer work. There may be another theory that explains them better but that will not be Mills GUTCP delusion.

For example computers depend on semiconductors which are impossible in GUTCP where bound electrons are physically impossible shells around atomic nuclei. Semiconductors work because conduction elections are "delocalized" and no longer belong to a single atom.

This exposes yet more Mills' ignorance -- look up "semiconductor" in his book and we find the insanity of "Nature of the Solid Semiconductor Bond of Silicon". There is no such thing as a semiconductor bond. Silicon has covalent bonds.
