We need to look validity of different things at different levels. Say we started from 0/1 and now it is 80. So there can be so many variations in between these levels. Grossly, Prime/basic, intermediate and gross/current level. Hence there can be MPOVs due to it.

The "balance" of nature is however things happen to be at a given moment. And nature is perpetually changing.

It's certainly true that systems tend to find some sort of balance. This is very far from the idea that Kumar is presenting.
