I get where IsThisTheLife is coming from. The left has a huge streak of childishness in it, to such an extent that those lefties who make rational points on the actual issues can be largely concealed by it. And since they've been portraying all non-lefties for years as essentially what Trump really is, they've left themselves with no way to portray Trump as any different from the rest even though he IS spectacularly different from the rest.

Being on the left on the issues, I've had to learn to just circumnavigate the left's circus act, and focus on those who do discuss them seriously, left I find myself constantly going against those who should be my allies.

The problem with leftists/liberals is lack of self-awareness commensurate with their mediocre, or worse, IQ's. Whatever else Trump may be, he most certainly is not stupid - that's something lefties have to take as a given to flatter their own severely limited cognitive abilities.

So here we are, swarms of them making what amount to puerile pee-pee and vagina jokes because they can't articulate a single intelligible point. Forgive me if I'm sceptical of any claims that "this is all the Orange Man deserves" and therefore no effort need be made to argue coherently - these morons are simply incapable of it.

Phew, what a relief! All his blundering is part of his cunning plan then?

p.s. you need an extra comma in the first sentence of that post. As it stands it carries the opposite meaning from the one you intend. yvw

I'm afraid he is quite the epitome of stupid.
To the extent that he doesn't realise it at all. His ignorance of, well, pretty much everything is quite breathtaking. He is a walking Dunning-Kruger caricature, which really tops it all off.

As with a number of our politicians, he is proof that though money can buy you a decent education it can't actually make you clever.

And of course it didn't rain during his inauguration either.

It never rains on a trump event, to say otherwise is fake news. Next you will be claiming it actually rained during his inauguration. Who are you going to trust some fake new video or the President of the United States?

It means that the weight of an object of some sort is being supported by the strength of the table underneath it. That object appears to sit "on the table;" that is, the downward gravitational force applied by the weight of the object is offset by the normal force applied upwards by the table.

What a surprise, college-educated people (smart people, right?) are predominantly leftists (Democrat voters in the US). However, exclude graduates in the arts, humanities and (in particular) 'social sciences' (the wellspring of cultural marxism) and include only STEM graduates, and guess what? No such preponderance of overt leftism and democrat voters.

That said, don't underestimate the peer-pressure, if not outright intimidation brought to bear on campuses to toe the PC line and at least pay lip service to Official Doctrine.

Just because you lack the ability to understand the point being made by the protesters does not mean they are not making one nor that it is valid point, well understood by people on this side of the pond. No serious politician here is stupid enough to dismiss the protests as jokes.

Yeah, talking about childish and puerile, coming from a Trump support, is not the pot calling the kettle black. It's the pot calling the cotton ball black.

It's just...not even hypocritical. It's not correct enough to be hypocritical.

No worries. Perhaps the president will eliminate all leftists (Whatever a leftist is), and bring about a one party political system for you, where only conservatives can vote and hold office.

Besides, the 'Crooked bitch of the west' was accused of things that Trump seems to have actually done!

Cements my thesis that it's only bad if a liberal/progressive/leftist does it.
