Bloomberg running a crypto "tax the wealthy" campaign the whole time. Seriously, almost any other use for half a billion would have been more worthwhile than his vanity campaign.

Bloomberg could have solely funded the lead remediation of Flint,MI. Probably would have won more delegates that way too.

Perhaps we could convince Trump to participate in a wrestling match with our guy, and whomever survives the ordeal is the president for the next week or so until his own heart gives out.
If the question were to be settled by playing Jeopardy does anyone doubt Warren would beat the ill-fitting pants off Sanders, Biden, and Trump?

You mean "don't tax the wealthy," right? He jumped in the same week Warren proposed a wealth tax and no one was explicitly against it.

No, I mean his disgusting flaunting of wealth on this vanity run has really shown the public how absurd our system is that such wealth accumulation is possible.

Mike Bloomberg accidentally raising class consciousness a little bit is the silver lining of his open advocacy of plutocracy.

Nah, people don't take that much notice. He's not the first ultra-billionaire to try to buy the Presidency. He's only notable for having nothing else going for him but his money, making his run a fascinating case study in why buying congressmen is more cost effective than buying the White House.

I have no doubt some of them never realized how badly they were conned, yes.

You bring up a good point: If she had stayed a republican it wouldn't have mattered at all.

I think if she'd stayed Republican, the ctrl-left cancel culture would have absolutely destroyed her.
