A sad case. However, eighteen months will seem very lenient to the relatives of the two people whose boat was mown down by this drunken sailor and drowned, with one still missing, after having been heard screaming for help from the water. Had the ship helped out immediately instead of just carrying on and made to return by a coast guard's order, there was a chance that drowning person could have been rescued.
