His account makes sense, that balcony looks like a sensible place to let her cool down, and the recording corroborates.

He was found not guilty.
He did not deserve 'punishment' for something he did not do.
The girl was nuts, climbed over the balcony railing. Neighbours below told her to stop and go back up.

End of story. There will be no coronial enquiry. There is absolutely no unanswered questions about this sad incident. The girl was nuts. Other people have fallen to their death in the vicinty since.

It is a razor edge, no news to false accusation and a hideous court case.
Tostee looks a regular style playboy who took precautions. No recording and maybe jury would find he bundled her off the balcony as standard operational procedure.
