This. Without a redesign, the lawsuits could become both expensive and amusing.

A few years ago I learned, while researching a rather dubious oral hygiene Kickstarter project, that the US FDA regulates toothbrushes. They consider them medical devices because tooth decay is a medical condition that toothbrushes are intended to prevent. If flatulence is also officially a medical condition, then the makers will have to get FDA approval ("safe and effective") before selling any "Bodykats" here.
