I suppose if you limited it to organized violence, otherwise you seem to be forgetting the hundreds of riots from a few years ago.

Dudalb specified "political", not "organized" violence. The protests you refer to were not political; they were anti-racist law enforcement protests. Most of the violence...the looting, etc... was not by the organized protesters, but by criminal opportunists and gangs that had nothing to do with the protests.

The only "political question" I would ask is whether the Democratic Party/machine in Las Vegas is picking candidates of low or defective moral character?

Telles is reported to have run a caustic workplace, was said to have been getting it on with someone he supervised.

Then he killed a reporter who outed his alleged antics.

So was this guy known to be not quite right and got the nod from the Dems anyway? Wasn't there an HR department in local government that was supposed to address workplace issues like this?

Is this a pattern with local Dems?

Please explain the looting and destruction of property during the disturbances as "self defense".
Useless to deny some gangs and some anarchist did loot and burn in the wake of the demonstration. You are better off seperating them from the legititmate protesters rather then deny reality,

THIS,
What puzzles me is why some on the left defend the gangs and opportunist instead of pointing out they had nothing to do with the original demonstrations.
We have seen, for intance., right here a couple of people trying to defend the looting.

I reccomend "Days of Rage" by Bryan Burroughs as a good book on terrorist groups of the Weathermen era.
Pretty clearly shows a number of them were not exactly playing with a full deck.

Since Telles came in last against his two Dem primary opponents, I'd say not. The second place Escobar did no campaigning at all and spent no money.

His website never mentions being endorsed by the local or state Dem Party. I can't find any evidence of him being endorsed by them.

That is not what I said and you know it. You might be more credible if you gave up on straw-manning. And being dickish.

The current conspiracy vibe is that the reporter was investigating the LV shooter and was goi g to have a big reveal about his Antifa connection so the Dems had him killed. Of course said reporter hasn’t said a word about the shooter since 2017 so that’s just more CT ************.

Oh yeah. Bernardine Dohrn, Kathy Boudin, William Ayers and Judith ?? (last name escapes me). A sadass more violent group nutcases you are unlikely to find.

The right wing does love its conspiracy theories. The more whacko, the better!

Yeah, because compared to the bogus "facts" they like to toss around, CT's are harder to disprove. Reality will never be on their side, so they are forced to resort to fantasy.
