The Patterson-Gimlin Film could've been so different...

One cowboy and his Indian guide's expedition into mystery and sexual pleasure with the beautifully majestic and busty Bigfoot.

Bigfoot Sexploitation, the best kind of Bigfoot activity.

I would like to make a pact with bigfooters in which we agree to discuss verifiable, non-******** bigfoot evidence. I understand this will be a short conversation.
If this is set up they're going to have to come up with a lot of explanations:

“If everybody collected similar information and sent it to a central repository, it would enable us to not only monitor changes in global biodiversity, but also understand why,” said Jesse Whittington, a Banff-based Parks Canada biologist and one of three co-authors of a paper promoting the idea.

He and his colleagues estimate the use of wildlife cameras is nearly doubling every three years. Their paper estimates tens of thousands are already in use in nearly every region of the world.

The term follow the money can also be applied in low cash flow situations and it applies in the case of the NAWAC, i.e. follow the minuscule amount of money - the biggest irony of all. If they've really got live beasts running around the property, the potential cash haul from such a "scientific discovery" would be in the tens of millions of dollars no doubt. Why aren't they spending every cent they can steal from their Goodwill Credit Cards on getting proper equipment to capture this elusive monster and cash it in at the pay window? But no, they just wanna show up for a week or two at a time with a camera low on batteries and a few camp supplies like Snausages™, beans and Frank...and that's about it. They're so letting the opportunity of a lifetime slip right through their fingers.

If I understand NAWAC's photo on their Facebook page, which appears to show actor Rob Lowe with some team members, and with a caption that read something like "look what happened on spring break," then their posting the following web announcement makes sense:

On the North American Wood Ape Conservancy Facebook Page, they have a picture of Mr. Lowe and his sons dressed in black, while the armed and camouflaged NAWAC stand behind them.

It definitely looks like 3rd or 4th growth forest behind them.

Maybe he could give tips to the NAWAC members on how to hide cameras!

Looks like a great sciencey team. A grenade launcher and one or two mortars would add some ridicule character to the picture imo (the GCBRO not killing bigfoot crew comes to mind).

I think the best way to get a Bigfoot body would be claymore mines, triggered by remote sensors, or visual detonators.

There might not be much left, but certainly some DNA debris would be found.

Yes. As a teenage zoologist I read Heuvelmans’ “On the Track of Unknown Animals” and Sanderson’s “Abominable Snowman: Legend Come to Life”, and John Green’s various books. In the 1980s, I joined the International Society for Cryptozoology and later became a member of the Editorial Board and then the Board of Directors until it folded in 2005 with the untimely passing of Richard Greenwell . . .
So the good professor is a credule. Or is he?

I would suggest the professor consult this book, and recognize that there is a reason that Audubon called it: Quadrupeds of North America

https://archive.org/details/quadrupedsofnort02audu

(Things like this website are why the internet is pretty cool, it's an Audubon flip book, and it's free!)

The NAWAC news is that a washed-up Hollywood type and a (possibly) credulous professor visited their neck of the woods for a footie-and-pony show. Per usual, there was no footie to be found.

The North American Wood Ape Conservancy: Not finding hide nor hair of Bigfoot for more than a decade.

There won't be any Bigfoot, but they're gonna live stream video of a 16 year old spider monkey Rob keeps in his backyard and pretend it's a baby Bigfoot.

Not so bad when you think about it. I mean for a BLAARGing organization like the Non-Actual Wood Ape Circus.

I don't know this guy, but as an LSU museum fella he is at least as elite-trained as is Meldrum. His publication record is actually quite impressive. I can only assume that he's a high-functioning quack. At the very least, he's a few cans short of a six-pack in the critical thinking department.

I noticed his publication history which led me to believe he's either incredibly gullible, or BLAARGing.

These folks are some of the most fascinating characters in the footie world.
At what point, and what's the motivation, for someone with this type of background, abandons the very foundation of all their education?

Is it this simple....
