Firefox crash notice?

For the last couple of days I've been getting a popup from "Mozilla Crash Reporter." I don't use Firefox. It's certainly possible something I run in the background could be trying to use it since it is installed. I'm going to uninstall, but any thoughts on what might be causing this? Malware?

Probably only Mozilla is going to be able to tell what's actually going on.

I checked those earlier - my apologies for not saying so in the original post. The only new info I have is that I now realize I have Mozilla Thunderbird. I'm wondering if that is to blame.

To be safe, I loaded Malwarebytes. Scan negative. I fired up Mozilla to check the 3rd party stuff, and the only thing it showed was Malwarebytes.

Go back a version or try a new version and see if that fixes it.

It might be an updater program for Firefox etc.
Try https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sy...loads/autoruns and see if one runs at startup.
