Trump Tweets

To the people of South Carolina, Tom Steyer is a joke, laughed at by everyone, a total incompetent. He made money in coal, now he “hates” coal. Did you see him fawning over Crazy Bernie? Has no chance, a loser for South Carolina, doesn’t deserve your vote!

52% in the new Rasmussen Poll. 95% Approval Rating in the Republican Party. Thank you!

Worst Polls, just like in 2016 when they were so far off the mark, are the @FoxNews Polls. Why doesn’t Fox finally get a competent Polling Company?

That's not the correct RJ Harris either.

That kind of talk will just fuel theories about foul play, should Trump lose in November.

The Dow plunged another 1,000 points on opening, making this the worst week for the index since 2008.

I don't know why you're posting this in the Trump thread. If you listen to his followers there's absolutely nothing he can do about it at all. It's because of the virus and you can't blame a POTUS for a virus /sarc

Who exactly is the RJ Harris that Trump was supposed to be referring to?

(The one he linked to is a football player in the Canadian football league.... not exactly someone you would expect to be talking American politics.)

No, you're wrong. It's all because of the Dem debates and the fake news media!

Yup, it's only 110% Trump's responsibility when the stock market rises, while his actions have no influence when it's going down. He is the infallible god-emperor, after all.

Most likely an AM talk radio host in Pennsylvania.

In addition to two local hosts (morning drive host RJ Harris and afternoon drive host Ken Matthews), WHP carries the standard Premiere Networks talk slate including the Glenn Beck Radio Program, The Rush Limbaugh Show, The Sean Hannity Show, America Now and Coast to Coast AM.

I think what he is claiming is that he is "a bigger situation", which I might be inclined to agree with.

It's early, but most political experts are saying the Corona VIrus ,unless it is cleared up very quickly..which seems unlikely...might be a game changer tne the huge wild card in the 2020 election.

Trump Tweets

Mini Mike is getting slammed. His debates were, perhaps, the worst in presidential debating history. A total phony who disavowed “Stop & Frisk” after swearing by it for years, and even recently. He horribly overused it, & then dropped when running as a Dem. A total phony!

The Dems are working hard to take the prized nomination away from Bernie. Back room politics, which Bernie is not very good at. His people will not let it happen again!

Nobody fights harder for Montana than @SteveDaines. Steve is a close friend of mine, a STRONG Conservative, and a tremendous supporter of our #MAGA Agenda. He is strong on Crime & Borders, GREAT for our Military & Vets, & will protect your #2A. Steve has my Complete Endorsement!

Reports that most of the discussion in the White House is not about the virus, but about measures..including, surprise, a Tax Cut...to shore up the markets.

That getting measures in place to control the virus is the best way to help the markets seems beyond the comprehension of the idiots in the White House. I suspect their total ignorance and contempt for science has a lot to do with this.

I am expecting great things from Trump rally in South Carolina tonight, given how he needs to throw some red meat out to his supporters.

A fascinating prediction of how the Trumpers will rig the 2020 election:
Quote:
Not the way people most people believe. It isn't done by some guy pressing a lever and changing the vote from blue to red. Rigging an election is usually done by blocking people from casting ballots or not counting the ballots they cast.

I don't see that as a likely scenario.
Anyway, Palast has pushed some pretty crackpot ideas.
Read the article. The point is that state officials have a long, proven history of finding ways to invalidate votes they don't want to count, or disqualifying voters whose votes they don't want. Voter suppression is a mechanism for rigging an election.

Trump Tweets

I am pleased to announce the nomination of @RepRatcliffe (Congressman John Ratcliffe) to be Director of National Intelligence (DNI). Would have completed process earlier, but John wanted to wait until after IG Report was finished. John is an outstanding man of great talent!

With the confirmed report of a second case in California...this time in Santa Clara country, in the heart of the Bay Area,we have it loose in a major population center. With all the weekend for this news to simmer, I suspect we will have a real bloodbath on Wall Street come Monday.
Trump usual tactics won't work this time. He is facing the first real ,not self created , crisis of his presidency, and, so far, he is failing it bigtime.
