The more I look at the graphic the more I think it's intentionally dishonest. If ideology of motivation is excluded, what can be the point of stating it as the key metric? Also, the summary text is a blatant lie, given the fact ideology has been excluded as a motivating factor. Maybe not fake news, but fake conclusions.
