catsmate1 | - IT Consultant for >15 years. Worked on a wide variety of projects for a wide variety of clients, both as an independent contractor and through one of the world's largest IT services companies. - Academically I have a B.Sc. (General Science/Experimental Physics), M.Sc. (Materials Science), M.Phys. (Computational Physics), Ph.D (Theoretical Physics) and I'm working on a second doctorate (History). Damn all good to me in my day job.

fitzgibbon | - No flight experience but I've been in television production for 25 years, initially as a cameraman (studio and field) for 8 years (before deciding that I didn't much appreciate shooting in inclement weather) and the time since as a freelance editor. Most of what I've done has been for specialty networks (HGTV, Life, etc.) as well as a couple of documentaries. I've also cut short films, one of which was at Sundance in 2004. I think I can add to the already deep bench-strength here on video analysis. I also have a working understanding of basic metalurgy through a summer spent working for a heat-treating company and, having passed high school physics back in the day, retain enough to know that the twoofers haven't a clue about what they're talking about.

- I was licensed (Class A) as a skydiver many years ago, but don't do that anymore.

- My particular interest in stopping hysterical nonsense stems from my having spent a lot of time at Indian Lake, right next to the shanksville area (that's where most of the skydiving took place). There were also a few great golf weekends there. I feel a certain kindred with the people that live there and have some familiarity of the lay of the land as it looks from the air. Obviously my pet peeve is troothers who make outrageous claims about Flight 93, and the disrespect they show for the families of the victims and the recovery and investigative teams that had to face and deal with the crash scene.
- Other than that, I just enjoy watching kooks getting proved wrong everytime they open their mouths.

paloalto | - BSEE
- I also wrote a 650 page book, “Prior Knowledge of 9/11” on the events prior to the attacks on 9/11 that had allowed the attacks to take place.
- I have been in contact with investigators on the joint Inquiry Committee, with the 9/11 Commission and the have had numerous sit down and telephone interviews with the FBI, at least 8 separate occasions. Summaries of these interviews were given to the 9/11 commission on April 13, 2004, and I was interviewed by several of the 9/11 Commissioners on April 14, 2004.
- The book is based on detailed time lines made from the DOJ IG report with the missing parts filled in with the Joint Inquiry Report, the 9/11 Commission public hearings and report, the account of FBI Agent Ali Soufan, lead investigator on the Cole bombing, by Lawrence Wright, the book by Bob Woodward "State of Denial", and the evidence items entered into the trial of Zacarias Moussaoui.
- Conclusions in the book were then verified with FBI agents were still at or who have left the FBI.

VespaGuy | - 5+ years experience as a structural designer for engineered building components. I worked primarily with wood trusses (floor and roof), but I also designed steel trusses, sized steel columns and beams, sized and specified engineered lumber products, hangers, nails, screws and just about any other peice of material you can think of in the building industry. I have done full engineering design on structures that range from small houses to multi-level elderly retirement complexes. I worked under a P.E. and all of my calcs were verified and sealed.
